Didn't care for the hard floor in the room...prefer to walk on carpet

Very spacious but dated room. Enormous bathroom. Powdered creamer for coffee - ugh. Otherwise fine, nothing special.

We had a great stay here. Staff was very friendly, close walking distance to the beach and comfy beds. The only downside is the $15 per night to park there. Seems a little extreme when I’m staying there at the hotel. Other than that our stay was absolutely great! Even got an early check in.

neighboring room was very noisy for two days a lot of profanity language is being used, not satisfied when paid $150 per night, Also they charge for parking on top of the stay fee. I expect them to have free parking when they charge $150-200 per night

Property is beautiful. I had reserved room with a bathtub, didn’t get a bathtub. Pretty disappointed, staff didn’t make effort to help situation.

I was stunned when I checked into my room 153. There was sand and dirt on the floor (I had no idea the room would be entirely a vinyl flooring) and 4 kids where on my balcony. When I opened the slider, the jumped off and gestured some awhile type of body movements. I went to the front desk and asked for another room; they said only 2nd floor was carpeted. They could provide a room but I had to wait. The front desk seemed unmoved about the 4 boys on my balcony (which is accessible from the street).

The staff was unfriendly, the hardwood floor is quite cold, the layout of the room is strange and inefficient

I stayed here 2 months ago and liked it, so I decided to go back again... this time, they surprised me at check-out with a $14 PER DAY fee for parking!! The first time I stayed here we had 2 cars and no fee, this time, one car and a huge bill at the end. Honestly, I wouldn't have been so upset if they would have told me at check-in time, "oh, by the way, we charge our guests for parking." When I asked about it at check-out they said, "Well, it's in the fine print on whatever website you used." .....okay, that still doesn't explain why my 2 cars were free to park before? Otherwise, this is a great hotel right next to the beach.

Bar/Resturant by the pool was great for breakfast and beers. Open until 10pm. Beds were very comfortable Staff was nice..

I like the location of this hotel. Close to Solana Beach and within walking distance of a number of neat restaurants. The interior of the room was really outdated. There is a pocket door to the shower/toilet, but not to the sink are. So to brush your teeth at night, a shining light pours into the room. This should be updated. The beds were comfortable, though! The central courtyard area is great, with a fireplace and comfortable seating. The pool and hot tub are in good shape and clean. The breakfast food is OK.

Incredibly spacious room and very convenient location. Will definitely stay there again.

Just two complaints 1- all the kids in the pool and spa was crazy. No one else was able to enjoy them. 2- ordered food from bistro 2/11/17 in the evening. Food was awful. Ordered BBQ chic flat bread and chic quesadilla. The amount of ingredients for both items was very minimal. We have stayed at other courtyard Marriotts and ordered these same items and they were great. Very disappointed with your bistro. Paid 200. For one night, feeling ripped off.

The hotel staff are friendly and accomodating. I went hot tubbing! Afterwards, walked to dinner. The room is spacious and clean. No complaints here!

Requested rollaway with reservation. Upon arrival was told I couldn't get one because my 2 queen bed room was to small. This caused a major issue & they had no other rooms. Beautiful grounds. Room was large.

I found this hotel and fell in love! It's beautiful! The room was so comfortable and clean I was amazed!

everything is good except I thought it could have direct access to the beach.

Our experience was good until we had to check out a day early so we could get home before a hurricane came through our town. They wouldn't give us any kind of refund for the day we paid for but could not use. So we would never use this hotel again. Some kind of consideration should have been made.

This Courtyard has a great location, but it was being remodeled while I was there. The remodel seems to be a modest one. This property needs more of a total overhaul to bring it up to today's standards. It is a 70's - '80s style place.

We always appreciate feedback from our guests, and we're happy to see your overall stay was enjoyable. Thank you for your feedback about the floors. Many of our guests prefer hard floors as it's easier to keep clean. Should your travels bring you back to town, we welcome you to stay with us again.
