Extremely tired facility. Reminded me of a worn out 1970s motel.

Old fashioned hotel at an expensive price, the elevators were broken so had to walk up stairs. Also stayed on the top floor which isn't covered and got snow everywhere. I was traveling for business and would not recommend

This hotel attempted to make their old and unkept facilities seem hip by spending their time and money on lots of 80s themed paint. If you look past that you'll find carpet taped with painters tape to hold it down or pulled up where the tacking isn't holding. Old furniture in otherwise bare rooms, outdated bathrooms with tiny showers (even in our suite) and an impossible to follow numbering system for the rooms.

Property is not near at all. Rooms carry a weird smell.

Ideal location, comfortable rooms and decent amenities. By far the best aspect of hotel is the very helpful, friendly staff. The team worked to address issues with parking very quickly and thoroughly. Bravo!

For starters, the room was 90 degrees at check-in (10 pm). No A/C and they put us right by the elevator, so if we did open the window- everyone who walked by was noisy. Bonus, there was no screen in the window. Definitely not secure to sleep with the window open. So it was a really hot and sleepless night. I stayed here before a race (aspen half marathon). When I awoke at 5 am, being tired and hot, I tried to make coffee. The coffee pot exploded- leaving coffee grounds everywhere. I continued to get ready. Upon leaving for my race at 6 am, the room door wouldn’t open. I tried jiggling the handle for a solid 5 minutes. Luckily, the screen-less window came in handy and I was able to crawl out of the room through the window. Seriously. After my race, I asked for a late checkout so I could shower before hitting the road. Very hesitantly I was offered a noon check out. As we exited at noon, we were met with a knock on the door to ensure we were leaving. The hotel also charged my credit card $50 for “incidentals”. Huh??? This was a terrible place. Its so over priced and poorly maintained. I’d rather have slept in the back of my SUV and have saved the $150 bucks for a post race massage.

It was close to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and comfortable

Lobby smells bad, carpet is dirty. Toilets are more like children toilets. Didn't get room service (cleaning and new towels) one day out of 3 full days at the place. Hotel needs updates. Maintenance person very prompt to help.

Loud , no ac or fan . Uncomfortable bed . Loud attendants with no respect

Hotel is very outdated. Rooms do have HD TVs, but that is the only current thing in the room. The Rooms have no AC at all. It was 82 degree's F in our room for most of the day, even with the windows open. It was not pleasant to sit in the room until night fall. Bed frames are all wood stick out. Everyone in my family hit their leg on the bed frames at 1 time or another and scraped their legs. No moving air from ventilation system. Bathroom was very old and out dated. The room is cheap for a reason.

The employees at the Wildwood were the only good thing about the hotel. They were very responsive to every request/complaint. The rooms are tired and hot. The entire facility needs a facelift.

This hotel does not have air conditioning and the room was uncomfortable. If the window was opened there was lots of street noise.

Good experience. A few hiccups with our room in that the key access wasn’t working. However staff went above and beyond to fix the issue and accommodate us. Great views. Would love to come back during ski season!

front desk employees unorganized bartender for friendly and efficient

The hotel has a very nice location right by the ski lifts. The staff is not experienced at all and don't know how to process prepaid reservations - therefore they would bill you twice . The rooms are claimed to come with a bottle of water , but that is not provided & if you ask the front desk agents about it they would look really confused what do you mean by that . The sheets of our room had blood stains on them & there was a big pile of gue on the wall . The staff didn't seem to care about that either , neither made notes for housekeeping . Other than that if you are lucky to get a room with any view you should enjoy it as the staff would not assists you in getting one of those if you ask. The lobby had a very very bad smell.

Convenient, modest hotel and a great value for the price. Nothing fancy, yet a comfortable place to stay. Very friendly staff.
