No Executive lounge on Saturday. Beds uncomfortable. Staff indifferent.

Liked how close it was to airport. Didn’t like that there were no restaurants to walk to

Very efficient hotel close to the airport. Only difficulty was purchasing the shuttle tickets to Heathrow because the machine would not accept any of our credit or atm cards (all had worked withoufail here).

Very nice facility with and exception room close to airport. Easy to get shuttle to airport and the staff was extremely helpful.

Rode Lito Aguila, front desk staff, went above and beyond to meet our needs. He made us feel welcome and treated us with compassion and kindness. He is one of the reasons Marriott hotel is second to none. Your employees will learn a lot about hospitality from him.

We chose this hotel because it was convenient to the airport and a brand that we like to stay with in the US. Unfortunately, those standards did not translate across the Atlantic. The concierge was extremely rude. The air conditioning in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to order us a car for the airport...when we arrived in the lobby for our pick up...there was no car because they failed to request one. So overall, this was not a quality experience for me and my family. I would highly not recommend this hotel.

We originally booked the Windsor Marriott because it was close to the airport and a very reasonable price. We were not sure what we would get for our money, but it was above and beyond what we expected. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, gracious, and even managed to get us into our rooms before check-out for the previous night was over. The room was all that we have come to expect from Marriott--clean, up-to-date, comfortable. The food, in particular the breakfast, was excellent and the wait staff as well. The reception staff and concierge were particularly helpful in helping us maneuver between returning our rental, heading into the city, returning to the hotel, and again heading to the airport for departure. The concierge was friendly and on-the-lookout for ways to be helpful. All in all, this was a delightful and worry-free stay.

Great experience. Staff was very helpful and room was clean

Very helpful staff and the rooms are very clean.

About ~5 miles to the Car Rental places for Heathrow. Room we had was Very Quiet (we were ground floor). Restaurant/Bar was good value (even though there was a Harvester Pub local... it wasn't worth walking to). Overall, an excellent place for a night before an International flight. Would definitely use again.

Clean hotel. The only downside is the exercise room closed time should be extended.

When I stayed at an "airport" hotel, I was a bit skeptical. However, this Marriott blew my expectations away. The location is very nice and quite quiet, near Windsor if you're planning to visit the castle or Eton. Also, the amenities were excellent - I even had a bathrobe and slippers! :) Finally, the staff were the friendliest I've met in the Marriott chain, and I've met quite a few. My plane arrived early and I was allowed to check in early - the staff didn't make a fuss, they were extremely helpful. The concierge was also excellent and helpful. A great experience and a real deal!

The staff was more than helpful and accomodations were excellent. It was just a short cab ride away from Windsor Castle, which we took advantage of. We didn't try the food, as there were no vegetarian selections for me and that was the only thing that could have made it better. But there were plenty of restaurants by Windsor Castle. I would definately go back to this hotel next time.

Hotel room was fine, restaurant Ok but ai thought it a bit much when I had to pay 6 pounds to use their wireless connection for one hour. I travel fregquently and rarely have to pay (can only remember once or twice and never this much). How can a hostal in rural Bolivia provide free internet and this place can't???
