Very dirty. We were there for 3 nights and rooms were never cleaned. I went and got fresh towels on the 2nd night. Night 1 the card making machine wasnt working so maintenance man jimmied the doors open . Then it wouldnt lock after unless we deadbolted it . So that door was left unlocked when we would leave for the day. Fitness room was gross . Very dirty. Yucky dirty towels. No sanitizer..garbage everywhere. I heard another guest complain they put her in a dirty room that had drug paraphernalia in it. Pool was freezing cold. Hot tub shut down. Slide shut down. My family came home sick. Pretty much the worst hotel experience ever. Mainly not safe for kids. Very sketchy. There was a car outside our room that had windows rolled down for 3 nights raining, snowing. Staff did nothing. Very unprofessional place. I tried getting a different hotel right when we got there but it was a busy weekend and nothing else was available .

Only thing going for it was pool but that was closed for part of the time. Place is pretty sketchy.

Upon checking in, I was given key fairly quickly since I had reservations prior to my arrival. The room smelled so bad, like it hasn’t been aired out ever. There was only one working light. The switch in the entrance didn’t work, I had to turn the light on in the bathroom and then figure out where the rest of the light where. The only light that worked was the lamp between the beds. The refrigerator didn’t work. There was so much dust everywhere, the beds looked caved in and you could feel the springs. The blanket was stained on one bed. I called the front desk and complained and they gave me a key to a different room. When I got to the second room, it wasn’t any better. It also had one working light and it was VERY dim. The tv didn’t turn on, but at least the fridge worked. The furniture looked like it was super old, the beds were much worse than the 1st room. There was so much dust, my toddler wouldn’t stop sneezing. We decided to shower because we spent an entire day traveling. The toilet paper roll in the bathroom was down to its last two sheets and there was mold in the ceiling. I called the front desk and complained again. This time a gentleman came to my room from the front desk and apologized and gave me the key to a different room I upstairs. He said he went and checked the room himself and it was much better. The room was brighter, all the lights worked, but very dirty. There was a sock on the floor by the door. Decided not to stay at all. Do not recommend.

No heat in hallways and night staff had their giant dog at check-in. And was not given room I’d paid for

There was nothing unique about this. People don’t believe there are flight cancellations and could refund reservations. No not here.

There were people shooting up and smoking meth everywhere. The front desk girl was twitching, like she was on something. It smelled like poop everywhere. There was poop in the pool. And overall the rating on their website is actually a 2 not 3.5.

Pool closed as they didn’t have chemicals. They had a staffing issue when they gave me my room, it was still occupied. We got to another room and was getting settled, a cleaning lady just walked right into our room. One bed had crumbs in it, but was late so slept on top of the covers. Not secure. Outside doors are not key card entry anyone can come in at anytime. However, given the situation, the staff was doing the best they could with a very crappy situation.

Smooth, easy check-in just before midnight, courteous, competent staff.

I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. We were told to check in three different times, extremely rude staff, rooms unclean, no bath towels. Breakfast wasn't great, they ran out of everything and didn't know what to do. I guess a manager did a no show so another one was being called in. Still have not been refunded the amount that was placed on hold with my account.

Great two night stay here. Even being close to the highway it was very quiet. Room was very clean, bed was spacious. Not much room in the bathroom for toiletries. A/c worked well. Great value for the money. The Rolli'n Pin Café is across the street and a BP gas station is nearby as well.

Great hotel to stay at. Staff was real friendly and helpful. We would stay here again .
