clean , nice staff , nice rooms. all was as should be

Several things made this stay disappointing. The toilet was not designed for normal people. It was extremely low and made getting off the toilet difficult and uncomfortable. The shower curtain was moldy. The vanity was way too low. We thought we were in a handicap room but being on the second floor with no elevator discounted that idea. Overall a very poor rating.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean on the surface, but we lost the remote to the tv & while looking for it found a coke bottle under one bed & a couple small pieces of trash under the other. No elevator & the ice machine on the 2nd floor didnt work. Location right off the highway was very convenient and close to downtown & major attractions. And was also very quiet. Overall, would stay here again.

Dirty stauned sheets with hairs and crumbs in bed. Blocked drains. Threatened by bikers for wearing a mask.

The front desk person was very nice and the to-go breakfast was nice to have. The room was a bit outdated though.

Stay anywhere else! Not clean. Not clean. Not clean. By that I mean we could not stay in the room they gave us. Hair and stains all over the bedding. Used towels still hanging in the bathroom. I only review hotels that are terrible or amazing. This one is not amazing.

Staff was quite nice. The king bed was comfy. The bath door was not seated properly and would not shut. All it required. Teeny bar of soap. Needed to buy some bars. Exhaust fan sounded like lawn appliance outdoors. Did not appreciate the energetic dog that was staying in the room above us. The hotel was not full but someone was in the room above us. My husband complained about it in the morning and I noticed it at night as I was trying to sleep. Did your website mention dogs were allowed? I am also allergic to them. One dog and his owner passed me in the main floor hallway. It was obvious that the dog was cooped up and needed to run around outside. I don't blame it. Some people who stayed there took way too much food and left virtually nothing for us or others. Two people who passed me in the hallway told us. I had inquired about the coffee that man was holding as they headed back to their room. And we left some time before 9A. The hotel needs major updating in a serious way. The toilet was as low as it was back in the 60's and quite small. My husband is 6'4" and I am 5'4". I found it uncomfortable. I would have used the washer and dryer available but the dryer was dead! A nice note was left staying sorry. And a dirty q-tip was on the floor. Do these types of hotels like going out of business? Does Orbitz check these hotels out themselves? For a few dollars more, I suggest everyone pay more. You do get what you pay for.

We needed a place to sleep and this had an excellent bed. It is an older property and shows its age a little, but was a really good deal for the price. Very clean.

The staff were nice but one night I couldn’t sleep because I could hear every move the people staying above us made.

fun clean and quiet!! easy to deal with! will be back again in the future

Carpet was new so that was nice, bathroom needs updated and cleaned better. Bed wasn't bad at all and was glad that the air conditioner wasn't noisy as I have had in some other places. over all it was an ok place to stay. I would rate it a 3.

The check in was fast and easy. The room was comfortable. No excess noise. We will definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

Nice for the price. Clean. Breakfast was disappointing though. Low quality.

One of the staff members was there was nice room had food on the floor my mom was with her Pello case was dirty I told the manager she didn't seem to care I will not be going back any time soon I feel like they don't care about the customers who stay here

Our room had majority stained hand towels, bath towels, carpet, and bedding. Stripped bedsing down to fitted sheets. White fabrics should not be stained with make up and who knows what else. I was very disgusted in this room. I will never be staying here again. Nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone else.
