Who is an old Holiday Inn they hadn’t pressure washed any of the building so you could see stains the rooms had holes were past pictures or furniture was hung stains on the ceiling tiles no exhaust fans in the bathrooms

The front desk clerk was new, his trainer did not show up for work so he was left in an extremely difficult position for a Saturday night. The door locks / key card machine was having issues. We had to have 3 different sets of keys made. our reservation was for 2 - 2 queen rooms, we were put in 2 king rooms. had to have that switched for our 6 party group. my husband found toe nails on the floor between beds, random hair in bathroom, and shower did not drain. They did have new sheets, clean and white, but the mattresses and pillows were old and lumpy. Headboards were smudged, looks like someone made a sad attempt to clean. For what we received, it was overpriced and underwhelming. The only reason we didn't leave was the discouraging thought of trying to get a refund from orbitz since it was listed as a non-refundable room.

Tv was terrible on stations and no breakfast at that price

Hotel did a great job updating rooms but not so great on the parking areas

Loud. Looked run down. Dumpster out front looked like people living in it. Staff wasn’t very friendly. No breakfast offered except a muffin.

Hot tub out of order. Random items left from previous guests found in out room including a pair of underwear...

Not enough attention to "icy spots " on sidewalks.

Rooms and hotel are dated and not maintained well. The hotel has a history of selling suites that don't exist. The walls are extremely thin. Management has a history of conducting a bait and switch on guests, This hotel DOES NOT have suites and if you book a suite, only a standard room will be provided. Do not be fooled by advertisements offering a 2 room suite, or whirlpool suite - THE ROOMS DON'T EXIST at this property. Many guest have experienced this issue, but the hotel will not provide any refund or compensation.

Old, tired Holiday Inn. Entire property under construction - lobby, restaurant, parking lot....kind of a mess. Staff is friendly and seems to work hard. Been a long time since I've stayed in a HI, will be an even longer time before I do it again.

Very friendly front desk staff who quickly checked us in. The room was very nice and clean with an awesome air conditioner. The hotel was under constuction putting in a bar/restaurant so it will only be better

the hotel & staff were very nice but being charged for breakfast was a little hard to understand

The room was comfortable. The hallways and elevator need to be cleaned up. Room service meal not so good.

It was OK. Nothing special. The room was filled with furniture which made a small room even smaller. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. For a one-nighter it served its purpose.

The staff was kind, considerate, and very helpful. Our room included a handicapped shower stall and other helps needed for one with mobility problems. However, the shower head was difficult for arthritic hands to position and to control the shower temperature. The beds and the chairs were comfortable but the desk chair was difficult to adjust to varying heights. The breakfast buffet is overpriced and had little to recommend it for a diabetic. We ordered from the menu and my scrambled eggs were rubbery and the English muffin under toasted - in fact barely warm.

We stayed on a very busy Saturday. We were in town for a concert, which was just a short walk from the hotel. Staff was very accommodating to our room requests. Room was clean and very comfortable- beds and pillows were fantastic. We had the breakfast brunch buffet Sunday morning - and it was reasonably priced & very good! Highly recommend! The only two negatives we had was: the rooms do not have mini fridges and hearing A LOT of doors slamming, essply in the middle of the night and early morning. Maintenance should really fix that slamming door problem. Everything else was fantastic!

Nice comfortable room, altho a little small. Friendly, helpful staff.

Good for a one-night stay. good budget hotel. the breakfast was good. they made a meal specially for me...

Stayed at the Holiday in on 3-28-13 while attending a concert at the Tyson Event Center. Location was great only a block away. Staircase to 2nd floor was a bit scary. Room was nothing great. Little overpriced for a Holiday Inn.
