The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful

The hotel smells like stale cigarettes,

breakfast food was too salty

Pool was down

When we entered our room the first thing we noticed was that there were no sheets or blanket on the bed. We notified staff and were told they would take care of it. After a long wait we went down to the desk and were told they couldn't find the key to the place where the sheets were. My wife and I said we would go get something to eat and asked if they would be able to get in the room to take care of things. They said they would. When we came back someone was standing outside our door who said he was waiting for us because he couldn't get in the room. He handed us sheets and a damp comforter. We said we didn't want a damp comforter on the bed so he took it to put in the dryer for a while. Eventually he came back with a dry comforter but he justt handed it to us. We waited for someone to come and make the bed but noone ever came. My 72-year-old wife had to put the sheets on the bed herself. I helped her with the comforter. We never did get a blanket. I have never been in a motel or hotel where we had to put the sheets on the bed in order to sleep!

The condition of our bathroom was not great, the shower curtain was nearly ripped off and when we showered we would have water puddles outside the bathtub. The hotel staff and service was excellent, always super friendly and willing to help. The staff is what made the stay a great place.

This place is NASTY.

The room was not clean. Bedding and towels were the only clean items in the room. It was obvious the bathroom had not been cleaned in between guests there were pubic hairs in the shower and other debris by toilet spool and in carpet. Received a call at 545am from office “checking” to see if room was vacant. We were denied extra pillows and when we complained about the unsanitary room we were told they would talk to the “janitor” no apology of any kind offered or offer to change room.

Could tell it is a older property. The base boards are coming off the wall and bathroom is quite small with the toilet running.

Needs new paint but otherwise clean and was what we needed.

Well, we checked in and at first glance I thought I traveled to the wrong hotel. Parking was awful, it was in a shady part of downtown. My wife did not feel comfortable staying there. Talked her into going in to look. We walk in and the guy working the desk was just talking to someone, not helping them check in or answering questions. Just sat there and talked. Finally checked in and went to our room. The stairs seem to be falling apart the paint was awful. In our room the furniture was nice but the bathroom was way to small and the paint was falling off the walls. I paid 100 just to check in and leave. Ultimately just to drive another 4 hours back home after driving 4.5 hrs to this "hotel". It is not worth the time unless you are carrying to protect you and your items.

Had problems checking into Hotel even though i made reservations and also i had issues with the shower stall in the bathroom that needed repair. Water coming out of the pipe behind the Shower head and hitting the walls!

Not a nice area of town, don't recommend walking around in evening or night.

Front desk personnel were great Room was comfortable and clean My husband and I were delighted

Adequate but needs update. The carpeting at the bathroom door was installed in a way that you could not fully close the bathroom door. Our room was toward the back and a truck (or refer unit on truck) was on all night which made it rather noisy all night. We informed the desk twice about situation but nothing was done.

Over priced dive of a hotel. Dirt and hair on bathroom floor.

Very nice setting on the Missouri River. Walking distance to a couple Lewis and Clark related attractions. Very nice area with lots of green space

The toilets were running and even overflowing onto the floor. Wires hanging down where a fire alarm use to been. The window lock in one of our rooms was a piece of wood holding it shut.

Loud and annoying, room had bad smell, bathroom not clean
