You took my money and when i arrived there is not a room. I'm roomless out of town with no where to go. I want my refunds!

Clean and well kept, and easy to get to from almost anywhere in town. Excellent bedding and amenities in the room. My only caveat was that I paid for valet parking, but ended up retrieving my vehicle myself, and parking it myself all but 2 times during my stay because the valet was “not available”. I understand staff is limited during COVID, but if you charge for a valet, you should have one...

overall it was an acceptable stay. The room was lovely and clean, the pool was gorgeous. There were a few downsides. It was a little further away from various attractions, and the parking was 8 dollars a day, which wasn't advertised. All that was said was "parking available." We were also a bit frustrated at the intensity with which their "rewards membership" was pushed. Internet required a membership or fee, the front desk didn't have any ibuprofen and the small store in the lobby wasn't open at convenient hours. It felt like we nickel-and-dimed for every minor amenity that most lower end hotels provide for free. The bar/restaurant in the lobby was very pleasant an appropriately priced. it was too bad they closed so early. overall it was a lovely stay, but i'll likely choose a less expensive hotel closer to the river next time.

The property is very old and run down. The staff was excellent and the food good.

The elevators were messed up and the stairs on the property are only for emergency use apparently. Long story short we were trying to get down from the 2nd floor for 2 hours to check out. Called the front desk several times they did nothing , finally a house keeper took out down the employee elevator and out the laundry room.

I was part of other wedding guests staying at the hotel. Gift baskets were dropped off, but took me almost two days to get mine. I "wasn't on the list", even though I called a month ahead and was told I was part of this wedding group. Maybe miscommunication, but was still aggravating. Hotel overall was very nice.

Check in was fast and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful and friendly.

Stay here all the time. Always a great experience.

99% of the staff were accommodating and pleasant, except for a front desk clerk that I spoke with on Sunday, 3/25/18 around 640am because the ice machine on the 5th floor was broken. I called 0 to ask for ice she told me that no one was available to bring me ice but the restaurant will open at 7am and I should call back then. I asked her what she suggested I do for ice in the meantime; she replied that I can check another floor. I declined, another employee overheard the conversation and said I can go...She said “well the bellman said he can go”...AMAZINGLY BAD SERVICE by this clerk AT A HILTON-go figure??

Great staff the only fall back was the 50.00 per night incidental fee. I've never encountered more than a 50.00 holding at any hotel, that amount per night is a bit excessive. Other than that everything was great.

Awesome location! Very close walk to the casinos and restaurants! Five star staff!

You either had to Park across the street in a parking garage or pay $13 plus tip for valet parking No stir sticks for your coffee in the morning No microwave Noisy heater when it turned on. Sounded like somebody pounding on the wall They advertised for extra $10 a Riverview and there is no Riverview. We had a view of the parking garage

Reception desk fast and friendly. Hotel in good condition and clean. Room was clean and quiet.

Cleanliness is a must , very clean and welcoming. There was no waiting booked online .
