Overall a very nice place to stay they are upgrading the rooms as well. We had some insect issues but the rooms are nice and the staff is friendly

Perfect location for t at

there was a huge black spider on the counter when we awoke in the morning. Luckily it wasnt near our bed, it was by the TV

Really beautiful property, rooms, and views of Sedona. We loved waking up early and seeing the sunrise over everything. We wish our rooms were available on time, and that we could pay for an additional hour for late check out, however it wasn’t available. The hot tub and pool was a nice perk.

I booked two nights, mid week. We were put in one of the outdated rooms that had not been renovated yet, no biggie. But on the first morning we wake up to no running water. Called the front desk who told me they would check it out...said it would be back on in a few minutes. An hour and a half later and a few more calls, still no running water. Staff was completely unapologetic, said they had to turn off the water to the room so they could work on renovating the other rooms. Why put people in room where you have to turn off water for planned renovations?! Finally got moved into a new room with water, but in the process of moving our stuff, house cleaning came in and threw away $20 worth of unopened protein shakes we had in the fridge as they started cleaning the room we weren’t even moved out of yet. The manager was supposed to call me to discuss resolution, and heard absolutely nothing from them. Wasted a couple hours of our 2 day trip. Worst stay ever!!

I called 2 days before check in date to cancel the person that answered did NOTHING.. i got calls the next 3days asking me if i was on my way

I have to say that the location of this hotel is great for the overlook views, but I am giving a bad review because of how disappointing the overall visit was. First of all the room we got looks nothing like the photos. You don’t get the view the photos show which turns out is a shared overlook view that we didn’t get to enjoy because of a wedding. And the rooms were outdated- we had ugly stained red carpet - not the updated wood floor you see in the photos. The room was dirty, there were stains on the wall next to the toilet.... now let’s talks about Covid, we have stayed at a few hotels during covid and this is by far the worst. They hosted a wedding in which non of the guests wore a mask and neither did the wedding planners. The front desk folks didn’t have their noses covered..... it was by far the worst we have seen in our travels. It’s unfortunate because we were looking forward to these updates rustic rooms with a view that we did not get. Not to mention the rooms are very loud and not sound proof at all.

The grounds were so pretty and the private viewing area was amazing at sunset. We really enjoyed our time there.

It is a beautiful property with amazing views! Its a great place to take a sunset photo!

The hotel itself was wonderful! It has a great view of Sedona and the grounds were beautiful. They did have a few employees that need to work on their customer service that were incredibly rude. The driver Steve was by far our favorite person there! He was courteous and kind!

The property has some the best views of Sedona and there’s a hikIng trail near by. We also loved using the pool and getting drinks at the little bar.

Fantastic location and the view was amazing! The Mexican grill within walking distance has wonderful food. Within walking distance of Airport Loop trail. The rooms were clean and furniture up-to - date, but the property was a little older. Walls were a little thin.

The property is in an interesting location- great views on the drive up and from certain rooms. Check in was smooth but the staff were less than welcoming. Property was cute in some places but very old. Needs some updating. However, the rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, and I felt safe.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We are so pleased you shared your experience with us. We can only improve with each review. Please accept our sincere apology that your stay was less that perfect. When there is a problem, we are here to fix it. We agree, some of the rooms still need our tender loving care. You will be pleased to know that we are beginning another renovation project very soon, allowing all of our guests to enjoy the beautiful renovations we have competed so far. We can't wait for you to return to give us your opinion. Thanks for noticing the masks issues with the guests at the wedding. We have strict guidelines regarding the masks, as well as santitizing, etc. At the time, we check daily with the State Department to follow the CDC guidelines, when we are in the "green zone", we are told the guests that are attending the weddings can make thier own choice on wearing masks as long as they are following the social distancing guidelines provided. We hope this will not stop you from joining us in the future to see all of the improvements and the corrections we have addressed regarding your concerns. Sincerely, Victoria N. General Manager
