Amazing place. Lots of room even for a large family like mine: 5 kids. Great pool and spa. convenient location. Walkable distance to restaurants. Great Place.

Before you take advice from the concierge remember this place is a resort owned by a much larger company. Any discounts they offer will cost you time to attend their "preview" which is a sales pitch.

Clean, affordable accomodations.

There was no shuttle. There was no lobby coffee or grab n go. The one soda machine had no soda. The pool didn’t open til 9am. The air conditioning in our room did not work. Staff was not helpful, except the maintenance guy who couldn’t do anything about the AC.

Everything was great!

Nice and spacious. Hated that I had to talk to a sales associate in order to ask about local restaurants. I was tired and the family waited in the car while I repeatedly told the sales associate that I had no interest in paying for a tour of town, while he discouraged us from visiting the Grand Canyon, saying that it was "too crowded and not worth it."

It was disappointing to learn they would not service the room during our stay. That was not referenced. It was extremely disappointing that our room view was a huge dumpster full of trash. The lack of service when trying to get through to either concierge or guest services was extremely frustrating. Had to try many times to get anyone to answer the phone. Very disappointing experience staying here.

It's really hard to find the reception to check in. Then they give you a map to get to your condo and the street signs are slightly turned so that they are hard to read. The Unit itself was old but very clean. Bed was comfortable. However the floors in the showers were slippery. It felt like oil was smeared on them. I would recommend. Just be careful of shower.

We had a studio with a balcony and a view, it was perfect.

I was only there for 1 night and used no amenities. The property is in a beautiful location in the far end of the Village of Oak Creek. Easy access to and from I-17. I had a studio unit. Note that the interiors are very dated but is that really a big deal? The sofa surprisingly comfortable and the dinette chairs nicely padded. The mattress was not comfortable to me - I had to find a space that didn't feel lumpy and for me the pillows were too small. The bathroom is large. Again, as an older individual, I found the shower a bit slippery especially as it is built to slope toward the drain. I found I was reaching out to touch a wall as I turned and moved in it. My only compliant on cleanliness (and this happened at the Lantern Inn as well) when I opened the dishwasher there was wine all down the door. So housekeeping hadn't checked the dishwasher. At the Lantern Inn also in Sedona, it was the microwave that was left dirty. Everyone's needs are different and I could be spoiled. But it's a beautiful resort. In a beautiful city. You are moments away from Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, and the Chapel and about 25 minutes from Sedona proper (and its a beautiful drive from the Village to North or West Sedona). Be sure to check out the switch backs ... the views are stunning.

Excelent room with kitchen and living room the best value I have ever seen in Sedona Village of Oakcreek. Highly Recommend AAA next time I will request outer room for view.

This place is noce in size and amenities but it was dirty and with spider webs on every lamp/light.

Having just opened from the Covid19 closures business wide, they are adapting to the social distancing and sanitary cleaning in a positive way. Great staff and location. No room service until their kitchens are properly cleaned.

Nice villas with small kitchen. Close to everything. Very enjoyable stay.

I liked the location and how quiet it was. The staff was friendly and did everything they could to make me feel at home

Items broken in the room. Property under construction and hard to see signs of the room -not lit properly

Very nice place to stay with 2 pools and each room has a kitchen. Golf Course is Amazing. Careful to avoid the time-share pitch. They are aggressive.
