This hotel is not up to the standards of the Hampton name. It is small, extremely dirty and very over priced. It appears to be an old hotel converted to a “Hampton” but poorly so. There are no elevators, be aware of that. The carpets in the main part of the hotel and hallways are stained to the point where I wondered what exactly happened there to make it that dirty. They gave away the rooms we had purchased and stuck us in a smaller room. The price was awful and we only stayed there as it was all that was open. I have paid less for ocean front condos. The bathrooms are dirty and you can see old mold and dirt and bug smears showing through a thin coat of paint. The room smells when you walk in. The air conditioning unit is rattling all night and the window blinds are sheer. There are NO curtains to pull when most hotels have black out drapes. This means I got dressed in full view of people walking in the parking lot and hoped they wouldn’t look in. I will never stay here again and I think it truly deserves to be removed from the Hilton Hampton portfolio. This hotel is cheap and dirty quality with 5 star pricing and is only in business because the area is a high demand tourist area and people are desperate. I’m ashamed of them for ripping people off. Highly suggest avoiding this property.

Over priced

Staff were nice, but the pool had dead bugs and the hotel room had hairs so was not as clean as I was expecting. The carpets in the hallways appeared stained...but it was a safe hotel.

Stayed for a night on a recent MTB expedition. Clean, nice staff, free breakfast was a nice touch. Would recommend.

Hotel had a great location, however the rooms were out of date for the price we had to pay, I could have stayed at Motel 6 or hotel like motel 6 and paid a cheaper rate and had the same room look. Shower head and tiles had scum and mildew, carpets were stained, pillows were lumpy , wallpaper was peeling, couch came out of the 70's.

The room was clean and comfortable enough for 4 people. They have neutrogena products for the bathroom. Complimentary fresh baked cookies at night. Breakfast included eggs with cheese, turkey sausage, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice.

Wouldn't stay here again - when we got to the hotel at 3:00 for check in, we were told that our room wasn't ready. We asked to speak to a manager and were told that our room would be ready in about an hour or two. We told her that wasn't acceptable - we had been driving all day and were promised a room at 3:00. She told us to give her 10 minutes...in which we are fairly sure that she went and grabbed a maid and speed-cleaned our room. About 15-20 minutes later we were told our room was ready. The room was pretty basic, nothing fancy - mind you we paid about $250/night for this. The bed was uncomfortable - and we were woken up multiple times by doors slamming in various parts of the hotel. The toilet ran continuously, despite our efforts to fix it. Overall, for the price paid, I wouldn't stay here ever again.

Hotel staff and management were so friendly and accommodating with our slightly early check in! Was able to get adjoining rooms with our other family members. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to entrances. Great location, just a short drive from anywhere you need to go. Though it was a busy weekend and the hotel was full, it was not noisy or crowded ever. Breakfast selections were great, and again area wasn't crowded. Every staff member we saw was so pleasant! It was a great stay and we will gladly visit again.

A little on the old side of room quality but very clean!!

This was my first time to visit Sedona. And also it was first time to stay this hotel. It was so good. And at the morning, I listened the flute music. It was so excellent as well.

They overbooked the hotel, and although I had a confirmation number, I had no room. They did try to put me up in a Bed and Breakfast, but it ended up not having the correct number of beds. I ended up leaving town and driving to another city, as all hotels were booked this particular night. Rather disappointing.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Nice breakfast included with motel price. Good central location to all attractions in the area.
