We love staying at the Seattle Waterfront Marriott! The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, views are beautiful, and the location is excellent for walking to many of the sights; Pike Place Market, the ferry terminal, various restaurants, and so much more. Valet parking makes keeping a car for further adventure an excellent option.

One of the front desk managers was sweet, profession and generous. She provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine as we were celebrating our anniversary.

It was just beautiful and friendly.

Stayed 2 nights for company event, my room was in the corner right above the railroad. I couldn't sleep both nights because of trains passing every hour. My windows were dirty and all I saw is trains passing by. Its not worth 200$ Wouldn't stay again

Was a little run down for a high end hotel

I had very bad check-in experience here. Arrived in the hotel at 15:00. I was waiting in a long line. A front desk staff helped me check-in. She looked training another employee at same time. She told me she couldn't give me the room key and would call me back. I repeated my cell number twice to make sure she got correct numbers. During the wait, my wife and I had asked twice. Both ladies told us if we didn’t get called, it meant the room was not ready. When we asked the estimated time, they said they didn’t know. If we need more info, they asked to go into the long check-in line and they would help. Around 18:20, I could talk another staff after waiting in check-in line. He found we had checked-in already and the room was ready on 16:20. One staff had called and left a message. Then he noticed that the call number had one digit wrong. He gave us the room keys immediately. So, for this case, if the lady staffs wrote my name when I asked the estimate time and tried to double-check, or she could review my reservation info again, such low-level mistake should be avoided.

The view was spectacular

the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, kudos to them

They charged for parking, blindsided by the charge, $60 a night. Not happy, no other parking near hotel, had to use their parking.

Despite Parking listed as a hotel amenities, it comes at a significant extra cost. The only on-site parking is through the valet service which will run you close to $70 with tax & tip, which is per day. They referred us to an overnight lot across the driveway at the World Trade Center, where you can self-park for just under $40 a day. Still a certified rip-off until the morning we have to leave to catch a flight and the overnight parking decides to shut all the gates and lock the doors with our car parked inside. The Marriott staff was courteous and apologetic and this was clearly beyond their control. So a word of caution to those who budget for vacation...count on an extra 70 bucks a day for parking or suffer the consequences.

Great location, so close to main attractions. Room was ready early

Excellent location. Staff very helpful. One thing that was a surprise was $63 a day to park the car! A little over the top.
