The construction was 24x7, so it could be loud at night. Was also told engineering tests were being conducted in our room and we wouldn’t have water for 5 hours. When asked what we do, we were told we could use the bathroom on the 2nd floor. We were charged $45 a day for parking on top of the room cost. The hotel offered no discount for our inconvenience. The breakfast was good but only available until 9am, which is early for those who are on vacation or who were able to sleep in with the construction noise.

Rooms were clean , and bright , nice design with modern fixtures

It was clean and in a walking location from pike market and other tourist site.

I did like the space and privacy settings, amazing how much luxury at a reasonable price. We loved the location and will be there soon again.

Great room condition but that comes with a few annoying issues: card readers are faulty, no security so homeless in the basement, $45 daily parking fee was a bad surprise to me. oversized cars taking two spots. Ironic every parking space comes with a sign disclaiming their liability! can't get fresh air inside the room. Breakfast sucks not even including eggs. I don't think i made a good selection when i picked this place for my anniversary weekend

This is very convenient spot. Great walking distance to places.

Good hotel

Excellent hotel!

Nice location and good value. Lindsey was a fantastic, gracious and cordial host for everything we needed.

Beautiful view, friendly staff and very clean. I would stay here again!

Location was great as we could walk downtown, many restaurants were nearby. Lived the room with kitchen so we coud fix food if needed

Good location. Walking distance to plenty around Downtown Seattle. A very quiet & relaxing stay. We booked and paid for a corner room but didn’t get a corner room. I just learned if booking with this establishment (and likely others) through Orbitz, the room you choose is not guaranteed - Orbitz sends your room request to the hotel and it’s subject to availability. If you want the room you paid for, book direct with the hotel. Our room was still a nice room, however, just not what we asked/paid for. Overall, will stay here again and recommend to others.

Property was very beautiful, nice rooms, and very clean

loved location, cozy bed, views and kitchen. Highly recommended

Excellent location. Super clean and perfectly equipped rooms. New and fresh feeling. Friendly staff. I will stay in this hotel again for sure.

Dear Brooke, Thank you for your review, and for providing feedback regarding your stay. The construction across from our property is the new addition to the Washington State Convention Center. This past week, there was construction happening through the night, but this was an isolated occurrence. We apologize your stay was affected by the engineering maintenance taking place. Guests affected by this were provided the option for alternative accommodations, in the event they would need the affected amenities during this time. We apologize these issues were encountered during your stay, and your feedback will be shared with the appropriate team members. Thank you again for your review, and we appreciate you staying with us.
