Noisy and the staff was not helpful

Such a fun, unique hotel in the heart of the action!

We were in one of the King suites, on the top floor with a great view over the Market to the Wheel and beyond. Loved that the windows opened to let some fresh air in and because we prefer a cooler room for sleeping. Would have preferred the couch or another chair was somewhere we could have sat and looked out the windows, but we made do. I've seen complaints about noise in other reviews, and there is a lot going on in the area at night, but it wasn't a bother to us. Bed was really comfortable. A microwave to heat up the rest of the burger my wife had the first night at Hart & Hunter would have been nice. But really an excellent experience and the photos of the view I posted have at least one acquaintance considering stepping up his expenses for an upcoming Seattle trip.

Excellent dining facilities and relaxed and fun furnishings for an intimate and enjoyable stay. This is the closest I've stayed to the Pike Place Market, which is a step from the entrance, making its location particularly convenient.

friendly and supportive staff

The location relative to Pike Place Market is excellent The site is a historic building with modern renovations

The terrible check-in, no remote to tv, the attempted mugging right outside and the price going from 160 to 360 for a tiny room with terrible lighting

Great rooms. Great staff. Having a bar and restaurant in the building is amazing. Also, there’s a market store across the street.

Location was great for access to Pikes Place and surrounding areas, not so great due to being right on the street, meaning noisy cars / motorcycles / sirens throughout the night.

Pet friendly, but they don't say it is $125 extra .. we stayed one night. That is extreme. Great place to stay .. right next to pike place market. Really enjoyed it.

I loved the staff. Amazing group of people aiming to make our stay the best experience possible. Going above and beyond all the time.

The hotel was beautiful and we loved our room. The only thing was that parking was a few blocks away but knowing it was located in the city, it was expected that parking was going to be inconvenient. Also the website didn’t say there was no parking.

Very cool boutique hotel. We loved the Smeg fridge and tea kettle in our room. The big con was that our room was in the back by the alley, and there was noise ALL night long. They did not offer to move us or anything.

It has a cool vibe and great location, but there were issues like a broken faucet that didn't seem to get their attention at all when I brought it up. So the service was sub par in my opinion but the food in the restaurant is fun and delicious.

Location and style. Front doors are tricky with big luggage

Location, breakfast nothing else about the hotel was up to standard
