This is a centrally located hotel very close to downtown. You can easily walk to Pike Market, Starbucks, many restaurants and bars. We booked a king bedroom that had a door, full kitchen and living room. We have two teens a boy and a girl. I packed a small air mattress and our son slept on that and daughter slept on pull out couch. The bed was very firm and the pillows were very flat. I would bring my own if you decide to book it. Also, I would bring a small fan or white noise because it’s in the middle of downtown. Overall, the room was very nice and spacious. It is an older building that used to be condos and has an interesting elevator and stairs situation. They give free drinks and snacks daily in room. The cons - we rented a car, a midsize SUV first off parking charge per day is 45.00 a day. When they saw we booked 8 days they reduced it 25.00 a day and gave us one night free. Their parking garage is very tight and you need to work hard to find a place and squeeze into spaces. Many guests double park and when they’re at capacity you will have a tough time finding a spot! There’s no cleaning services still and getting towels and toiletries we had to request it multiple times. They did eventually get it to us on the 9th floor. I would book it again.

The suite felt very clean and they seemed to take strong precautions to disinfecting the rooms. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely book again.

The staff was always helpful and friendly. My accessible room was truly accessible (whish isn't always the case) and was cleaned thoroughly. The space was very nice and the comfort of the furnishings was something I appreciated. It was weird being on the 4th floor and near the street level, but that was not really a problem. Between the welcome we received and the understanding over us needing to leave early due to the virus insanity, I will always consider Homewood anytime I stay in Seattle. I will also recommend them to anyone visiting. A final thanks to Heidi for going out of her way for us. We really appreciate you making our stay memorable.

Very close to the convention center and within walking distance of restaurants and LINK.

Good location, friendly staffs. Requires Minimum 50 characters!

Front desk people are nice and friendly. Walking distance to my office and cool restaurants within walking distance.

The room was actually a suite. A large bathroom, a living area with sofabed, dining table with two chairs, a kitchenette, two supersized tvs and extra dresser. Everything was very clean and upgraded linen and furnishings. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was amazing. Breakfast and social hour was complimentary and both very good.

This hotel had a great breakfast. The room was very comfortable. Only downside was the parking spaces were very thin.

Front desk staff excellent. Helpful, friendly. However , one male hotel employee rudely treated guests in billiards room and outdoor spa. It seems this particular Hilton should be training staff in customer service / etiquette. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good

Staff was exceptional, hotel is clean and modern. It is not the 4 seasons, but a very nice place to stay, full kitchen and amenities.

Just average. clean and friendly staff but average hotel. Prices are high due to proximity to convention center. Brown scum on hot tub a bit of concern and pool not heated as advertised.

My review would have been different had I been placed in a non-smoking room, but orbitz apparently doesn't give users a choice on smoking vs non-smoking rooms, and i happened to be staying during a time a convention was in town, so switching rooms was impossible. This was not Homewood's fault - they did what they could for me. The smoking room I stayed in for 4 nights was fine - overpriced, but I'm sure it was marked up for the convention. Location was great, staff friendly, room and hallway so smokey that I wound up having an allergic reaction all weekend: congested, unable to breathe, and constant coughing. Wound up wearing a respirator to sleep - one i had brought with the intention of wearing outside due to wild fire smoke. Still recovering from the room a day out from it. If you are a non-smoker, please make sure your booking company lets you choose what kind of room you need.

The location of this hotel keeps us coming back, time and time again. You can easily walk to Pike's Market or anywhere in the city. The rooms are generally clean and morning breakfast is good. If you have children, the kids will like the gameroom and heated pool. The "fitness center" needs some improvement. The hotel is fairly secure as evidenced by the need to use your key in the elevators and your vehicle is kept in a secure parking structure. Overtime, the hotel is looking it's age and the staff that we encountered were unexceptional. The hotel has valet parking only and the price is expensive; all the valet tips increase the overall cost of the hotel and decrease the overall value. I recommend this hotel to others but the next time I'm in Seattle, I may consider staying elsewhere...because it may be time for a change and there are several new hotel options in the immediate area.

Great location but the hospital is two blocks away so you hear ambulances a lot. They need to replace or fix windows on the ninth floor you could hear a draft and all traffic and people yelling. Good thing everything is in walking distance bad thing it's $50 a night for parking.

We chose this hotel for its location and it paid off immensely. You can walk to Pikes Market and the waterfront but if you want to drive to other sites in the city, which you will, there is a parking facility in the building with 24/7 access to the valet. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Good spot!!

The suite I got was very large and spacious. It was very comfortable. The only downside was the street noise.
