Loved the full size kitchen. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Place not worthy the price they charged me. I paid $150 that was not worthy the place.

Room was dirty and in poor condition.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and moved rooms each day trying to get a better one but they were all disgusting ! Gum visible on head board as soon as you walk in room , candy on the curtains and floors , dirty towels from previous guest , clothing tags from I’m guessing previous guest , melted pop cycle in the freezer , food on “ clean utensils “ , food left from previous guest and BLOOD on the walls .. due to covid its extremely concerning and the management just acts like they don’t care at all ... Darryl the GM , Krista the Front End Supervisor & Front Desk girl Tati specifically . They are convienced that the 30$ I was over charged from my first night was ok.

Had people try to break into my room threaten to shoot the mother fer up waving guns around lady was supposed to call me about a refund 3 days ago still haven't heard from them.

Had a good time really the management and front desk did a really good job with my stay.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE was RUDE!!! She would rather talk on the phone then help customers. And it was a personal call. Was not helpful at all or what’s so ever. The $200.00 cash or card deposit that is needed for incidentals, was not clear, or informed before checking in.

We'll kept, mostly quite. Only problem was the guide for tv didn't work, had no idea what was on.

Never stayed was racially profiled. I have held for over a total of 6 hours and still can not get ahold of a live agent from Orbitz.

The room was not what was advertised, everything was so outdated and the room had a moist smell. Only thing that waa nice was the bed big and confortable

It was extremely dirty and smelled bad. Everything was pretty much broken. M Convenient location.

The manager is a jerk. He thinks hes better than everyone.

My room was sometimes not cleaned at all. The guests were very low-class. The front desk did not seem willing to work with me on a refund for unused nights, but Orbitz took care of that for me. I will never stay here again.

Had to wait 2-3 days to get back my deposit different staff had different rules which was flustrating, the room haD silverfish bugs in bathroom, high traffic at night rude staff! Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Hot breakfast, although the choices have been reduced.
