Great for what I needed that night. The location is convenient to food and transportation.

Parking was off-site which was a bit frustrating but the hotel was very accommodating by letting us pull in front for loading/unloading. Shower head in the bath was great but the bathroom & shower itself was very small. Room didn’t have a table or chairs so trying to eat in the room was a bit difficult but the room was small so understand the lack of furniture.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown. Very close to just about any attraction within the city and a 5 minute walk from the train that provides transportation to and from the airport. Room was small but very cozy and bed was comfortable. The rooms seem to be newly renovated. Couldn’t beat the price an the staff was very friendly.

Upon arrival, was the worst greeting experience ever experience qith this establishment. Have stayed at this hotel several of times before and they have done way better. Please have better explanations on pay parking.

Room smelled like smoke :( Staff was nice. Parking was a nightmare!

Outstanding hotel with reasonable prices. Half the price of two other hotels on the same block. Only a couple of blocks from Pike Street Market

The Staff was very helpful. The facilities were dissappointing, the shower did not drain properly. We ran out of hot water, in fact the whole building did for one day, it was cold outside and we had to shower with cold water.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Nice reasturant on site. The room was noisy and small, no counter area at the sink

This property is perfect in location and very affordable. My room was small but it was only me and I wasn't in my room for very long. I do know they have larger rooms available. I would definately stay here again. The free wine tasting every night at 5 was a bonus! Thank you

Saw some dusts at some corners/ side of the fridge and lamps on the wall.

Good location.clean room.friendly and helpful staff I will definitely stay here again

Perfect location. Our drain in the shower was not draining well. It’s an older hotel well maintained. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you (old pipes) but we loved the location and the character!

Easy check in, clean, and friendly staff. Amazing experience.

The location close to public transportation was great. The staff was very warm and welcoming and accommodating.

We are so very sorry for the issues with the hot water on one of the days you stayed with us. That was obviously not an ideal situation for our guests and we cannot apologize enough for that. If you would like to talk about this further, please don't hesitate to reach out to me anytime. Again, we are so sorry and do hope to make this up to you in the future. Safe travels.
