The hotel is obviously run down and about the be refreshed due to the pallets of boxes all over the hotel. But the tooms need to be checked and if not in usable shape, then do not sell the rooms. The bathroom door would not shut as it was warped. The floor in the hotel room was uneven and sticky. My foot would actually get stuck to the ground in areas especially near the window side of the room. There were visible spots of some sort of sticky substance. Not sure if the sheets were changed and the paint was peeling in most of the room. The hallway floors were very uneven. The breakfast was grab and go which was fine but it took 3 times of going down to get coffee prepared. The room windows were filthy from people putting their faces on the window. I understand that it is hard to get staff right now, but a Wyndham property should have turned away the sale if it was going to be this bad.

My Orbitz reservation was NOT in the system when I arrived at midnight. Check in took too long as a result!

Hotel room was clean and decent. Hotel is very close to the airport so you need to run the fan to drown out the noise. Shuttle service from the airport was bad. Had to wait over 45 minutes for the shuttle to finally pick me up, and the hotel is maybe a mile away. If you’re a late night arrival, good luck.

Very nice stay

Very close to airport, but not a super great area. It just looked kinda dirty. Breakfast options were very limited - instant oatmeal and pre-packaged danishes.

This hotel is good for a quick one night stay before you fly out, but is run down. Definitely not a couple days stay to a weeks stay, but they have good service.

I cannot believe this place hasn’t been condemned by the city. Putrid smell when I walked into the lobby. I used the stairs to go up one flight to my room. Carpet filthy and stairs creaky. The room was as clean as it could be, I suppose. Very thin walls and windows. Can hear every plane taking off and every car and motorcycle driving by. No hot water in the shower either! Real sketchy neighborhood, stay inside. The staff was very nice so that’s a plus. I was so happy to leave at 6:00am!! I should have simply slept at the airport...

No microwave or fridge. Otherwise, adequate room for only one night stay.

Cheap, basic, kinda ghetto, walk to airport, walk easily to dining options. Love the smell of marijuana in the hallways.

The facility is old and has not been properly renovated. Our room itself was cleaned well but hallways, lobbies or exteriors of the building were not maintained well. The heater in our room was not working well and with full of dust in it. The coffee make we borrowed ( no coffeemaker in units!) didn’t work so we had to run down to the lobby twice. The floor was all the time wet and not dried out; maybe due to malfunction of plumbing or something. I recommend you paying a little extra more dollars and picking a nicer hotel near the SeaTac Airport.

No hot water and no wifi. I will never stay there again.

Sometimes there are delays when booking online. We are unable to check anyone in without a reservation. After all we want to make sure you're at the right hotel :)
