My room was very comfortable but I didn’t like the neighborhood

great price

The hotel was very nice and the service was great. Everyone was very helpful and we appreciated that the hotel itself was very quiet, clean, and beautifully furnished. Upon arrival we asked about recommended eateries and were provided with a very helpful list detailing nearby options. We used the list to find food our first day in Seattle. On our last day, we asked about the possibility of late checkout as our flight home wasn’t until that evening and we were offered a 2pm late checkout and we’re informed that we could actually leave our luggage with the front desk so we could continue exploring that day and come back and retrieve it when we were ready. I spoke to Raul and he was very helpful and friendly. Our only complaint is one that the hotel cannot necessarily fix and revolves around the people in pioneer square who are house-less. However, we really appreciated the safety precautions provided by the hotel. In the afternoon and nighttime, your key card is required to enter the second sliding doors of the hotel entrance and your key card is always needed to access the room floors. We also saw security on most days we were there. The hotel is also very close to the main attractions of Seattle. We chose to get around by public transport and walking and all of our trips to the main attractions were between 15 and 25 minutes. If you’re using public transport to get into this city, this hotel is great as it’s nearby the light rail station and the train station.

Nice staff, everything was pretty clean and serviced. Always staff at the desk and operations moved quickly.

Friendly staff

I liked the view and I appreciated being able to go to the room before check-in time and the prompt calling of a cab. I wish we could have had breakfast but we had to leave for the 7:25 a.m. train before the breakfast room opened.

They need to do something about too many homeless hanging around at night those two nights I wasn’t able to sleep because of all the fighting noise music in car alarms.

It's downtown at the square...very pretty hotel

Very nice Hotel and Staff. Perfect location.... walking distance to everything.

It was easy to check in and very clean parking staf was very helpful

For some reason, my room was not cleaned after the first night I was there.

all good staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

I encountered unwelcoming staff. I had two reservations (same week but I booked one day separately) and they were not able to accommodate us in the same room. We had to make check out the next day and immediately check in. Inefficient and unnecessary. The hotel is located on the borderline of downtown, so be prepared to walk.

The staff upon checkin and at the restaurant were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind to our small children.
