Cool decor, inside and out. Loved the donuts and popcorn. Comfy beds and pillows. Only drawback is that it is in a noisy area where you hear trucks and traffic

Absolutely love! The whole experience was awesome! Rooms are neat and the office has treats morning and night!

So super clean! The staff is incredibly friendly. The donuts were amazing and the coffee was very convenient. Disney level immersion in a theme without the Disney level price tag! They really sell the 1960s experience. Music in the walkways and courtyard just puts you in a good mood.

The Thunderbird was a 5 min walk to the Historic District. Quiet room and a very comfortable bed. Loved being able to park the car on site and walk to everything Savannah :)

Good location but the hotel is in need of an update. I was in a room in the middle and I could hear everything my neighbors said and did. The walls are paper thin. Also the fan in my bathroom must have rattled as they had stuffed tissue in the corners to “level” it. I know there is a more professional/better looking way to fix this issue especially in a hotel in Downtown Savannah. Enjoyed the Krispy Kreme donuts for breakfast. Had to pay $15/ night for parking and the lot was always full. Overall ok. Liked the vibe of the hotel but there’s room for improvement when it comes to the rooms.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is an affordable option that is within walking distance to downtown. We were able to walk everywhere within 20 minutes (a bit of a longer walk than we anticipated). Our room was small but clean. The bathroom was very small with hardly enough room to close the door while standing inside. The biggest downfall of this property was the noise. The walls are very thin; thin enough that I was able to clearly hear the audio from someone’s phone in the next room as if they were standing next to me. Due to this, we were not able to sleep very well. This hotel is a good affordable option, but we will not be staying here again due to the noise.

Really cute hotel! Loved the theme. Lots of 50’s style touches!!

Very charming & unique. Clean & centrally located to SCAD. Staff was very nice. Reminiscent of the motels from the 70’s. Loved that they had music playing during the day on speakers. It was perfect for the setting, so much so we didn’t use the tv sound. Glad we stayed here!

Love the vibe! It was also very dog friendly. You can rent a dog bed, they have a dog park, and give the pooch a biscuit upon arrival. The free lemonade and popcorn doesn't hurt either. Would definitely stay here again!

Actually all the people who work here are very pleasant, consistent, & sincere.

Great place to stay! I suggest to stay here when ever you go to Savannah

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Close enough to everything to be able to walk. Cute furnishings. The walls are super thin. We heard our neighbors sneeze and...other stuff. At check in the girl at the counter was rude and unwelcoming. That set the tone for the stay. They also charge $15 a night to park your car.

Out door construction was very load, Should be over soon. I hope
