I understand that this is a pet friendly hotel, but it needs to be kept up. They do charge an extra fee for pets! The pool was dirty as well. The water was not clear.

Only room available was on the third floor and the elevator was broken. Canceled the reservation.

Staff was nice. Place needs a good cleaning. Lock on door broken and under microwave needed cleaned. Bedding not the most comfortable.

Convenient location as we’re traveling through the state on the way to a further destination. Property well lit, clean and nicely landscaped.

This is the fourth time I have stayed here. Very clean, friendly, and feel very safe when traveling alone. I like that they are pet friendly also!!

I loved that they served coffee and water all day.

We do our best to keep our property and guest areas well maintained knowing that a pets have been here. We also apologize there were pool issues during your stay. Because of those issues, we have drained the pool, cleaned, and refilled the pool. We hope that you may choose to return in the future so that we can better serve you.

I am sorry that you did not get to enjoy your stay due to lack of cleanliness. We strive to make every guest feel safe and comfortable and we failed to do that.
