The location was very accessible to the airport, shopping, dining and highway.

Was leaving to check out on February 20th around 11:30am ,I accidentally forgot my mask and the clerk had a little attitude about it.

Check in/out was easy, all staff was professional and polite. Room was clean and spacious. Quick trip sp didn't user pool or other amenities, however restaurant/ bar was good food for both dinner and breakfast.

The staff was friendly. The pullout couch looked like it was never cleaned when we opened it, but the rest of the room was clean. Was very disappointed with the coffee in the room. They had a Keurig, but no actual coffee pods. The pool was also entirely too small. Personally, I do not care about the pool but I do have two children and there was a family reunion going on and too many kids in a small pool was just upsetting for the kids.

Really nice hotel but our room smelled musty. Besides that it was very nice.

Our hotel stay was nice and comfortable. We were a party of four. The staff was very courteous. The cookies that you get when you arrive are awesome. The morning breakfast bar was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Doubletree Staff and Shuttle Service.

arrived at 6pm (check-in starts at 3pm) and there were no rooms ready due to issue with housekeeping staff. did not get in a room until 730pm. manager discounted the room to make the situation right, but it was still a disappointing stay.

Bed was broken and we wanted to Cancel second night so we left and they charged us any way.

I reserved a two king bed junior suite at this hotel and received a one king bed studio room. They would not honor my room type but still charged me the amount for the larger nicer room. They offered me additional linens but when I asked for more pillows, they said they were out. In addition, the first room they sent me to was already occupied and it was 1AM in the morning. I entered the room, shut the door and heard someone say 'excuse me'. There were people already in the room asleep, I'm lucky I wasn't assaulted. When I went to the second room I was given, my keys didn't work and had to return again to the front desk. I finally entered my room to find a lump of dried something on the table. I have never had an experience like this and when I asked for a manager, there was never one available the night of check-in or at time of check-out the next morning. They just kept telling me I needed to take it up with Orbitz since I booked thru them; however, Orbitz says they can only issue a refund or partial-refund if the hotel agrees and they won't. There is no accountability in this situation because they both are blaming the other party. Obviously, if Orbitz is not willing to hold the hotel responsible for the room that I reserved and paid for, then there is no recourse. I will not book hotels through Orbitz again. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I stay at Hilton hotels all the time. Very disappointed in both parties.

Maybe I should have looked deeper into the site, I thought breakfast was free but it was $13

We stayed in the Doubletree Hotel the night prior to traveling home from our vacation. It was a pleasant surprise. The room was much larger than expected and in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I stayed at the Double Tree for our weekend girls getaway to Savannah. We loved that the pool was 24 hours and it was very clean. The fitness room was nice, but a little maintenance was needed for the exercise equipment. The food from the restaurant was awesome and the staff there was great. The front desk staff were informative and polite.

First visit to Doubletree. I will be a regular customer. Room was far better than other chains

Great front desk, Mr. Clerance. Nice stylish looking place surrounded by every possible hotel chain. Good Value and location for Savannah without staying downtown. Plenty of parking and full size room. Great location if you are traveling north or south, less than half mile from I 95.

The staff was friendly. The pullout couch looked like it was never cleaned when we opened it, but the rest of the room was clean. Was very disappointed with the coffee in the room. Personally, I do not care about the pool but I do have two children and there was a family reunion going on and too many kids in a small pool was just upsetting for the kids.
