Do Not Stay here! I left in the middle of the night, I refused to sleep on these disgusting beds. After exploring downtown Savannah I got back to the hotel with my family hoping to get some rest but upon removing the sheets I saw huge stains on the sheets, the mattress pad, and the mattress. There was also hair all over the mattress pad. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk I was told that they could not change my room because they were fully booked. Also, it was nighttime and there was no manager on-site. We left!!! I can't speak to the amenities since we did not utilize them but the pool did look dirty and there were used towels all around the pool and in the elevator.

This hotel was a disappointment. It is in need of an upgrade and proper maintenance. My ironing board was not working and almost broke my foot when it dropped. The lamp shade in the room was broken down, and needed changing. The pool water was merky. Beds were comfortable, the room was a nice size. In is in a nice location.

By me working for a hotel i know what ro look for the bathroom shower head hasnt been cleaned alot of calcium build up on it the faucet was nasty,the towels and wash cloths dingy hair from previous guest on sode of tub.

Place needs a lot of work. The front desk was always doing what they could but my room was never cleaned, towels never replaced even when they asked me to put them outside my door and the whole snack/drink set up was cash only, couldn’t charge it to my room or use my card. Overall, 4/10 and that’s only because the front desk people were so nice and obviously just running damage control.

The room was dirty, the pull out bed had stains all over it, there were holes in the walls, and mold around the tub. There was something brown floating in the pool and it smelled bad. The air conditioner isnon but the rooms are muggy.

Good Freeway access. Lots of gas stations & places to eat nearby. Very noisy guests at night. No fault of staff, just a fact. The grab-bag breakfast (due to Covid restrictions) was pretty pathetic - apple, granola bar & bottle of water. Surely a muffin & yogurt could have been accomodated??

Extremely poor maintenance, no breakfast and very bad sewer smell around the property. How can Radisson put their name on such a low quality place?

Dirty, not breakfast when was included. Terrible experience. We canceled the reservation.

Broken dryer, no sign even though they knew about it. Had to drive 5 miles with wet clothes to a laundromat, they would not offer their dryer in the property. Broken blow dryer in the room, could not replace it overnight. Light bulbs burned out in room. Shower head stuck in one position, barely works. Staff was not familiar with their own facilities, sent me upstairs to do the laundry and it was downstairs. Only front desk clerk spoke English.

The manager was going to cancel my reservation. The pool water had a smell to it and was visibly dirty.

I wouldn’t recommend for this hotel anybody. The noise level is ridiculous. I wasted my money on this hotel. The walls are very thin and you can literally hear everything surrounding your room. I will definitely have a talk with the manager on this matter

Room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned - soap scum in tub & dust on fixtures. Bed springs creaked so loudly you’d wake up when turning over in the night. Upon waking bed was tilted to one side. It’s like it got worse as time went on - didn’t creak at all when first getting into it. Could use more sound proofing- could hear everything next door and down the hall. We were one of the farthest rooms from the pool and it sounded like it was right next door. Toilet ran constantly. Upon checkout staff seemed interested in making sure they knew the issues to be able to fix them. Breakfast had lots of options, but there was only one person to take care of everything and several things ran out.

I liked the location, it was near the interstate. I didn't like the major price discrepancy that the hotel blamed on Orbitz. Orbitz allegedly only charged for 1 night. I needed 2 nights. So, I ended paying more than $200 more than initially anticipated. Im not sure who is actually to blame. Either way, I'm out of more than $200. Unacceptable!

Clean and Neat. Close to some decent eating options

The cleaning people knocked and right away started to unlock the door not enough time.
