I have stayed here several times. This time we were in one of the more modern rooms in the back building. They are smaller and very different from the rooms in the front. The bathroom was much bigger and nicer. I would have liked to have a bit better of a view of the vineyard. Other than that this place is amazing!

In older building and fireplace didn’t light up. Our friends got room in newer building which was way nicer but seating in room was odd - we all gathered in their room and couldn’t figure out how to sit as there was a love seat at foot of bed and a seating bench on the opposite side of the wall but it was off center so made it hard to talk. Others had to sit on bed looking at backs of people sitting in loveseat. So very clunky and not user friendly. Once on property, we called to request time for a couples massage and left a message as requested, and never got a call back! That was hugely surprising and disappointing. Brunch at River Vine was superbly delicious!

Hotel was a unique set up, the rooms were spacious and quiet and I loved the welcome touches when we checked in. The staff was friendly and helpful, my only regret was not staying longer as this was even better than I expected. Great location near wineries (especially Kendall Jackson). We just came up for the night from San Francisco and I plan to return.

My daughter & I decided to spoil ourselves with a night in Napa. We found the Vitners Inn & could not be happier with our good luck! A beautiful property with quaint chateau type buildings. We were upgraded to a fireplace room! Next time it's me & my husband!!

Nestled in vineyards, this condo-style hotel is beautifully laid out. Meant for lingering. Close to wineries. Beds are luxurious. Wanted to stay longer!

The hotel gave us the room of another guest who had not left yet. All of their bags and valuables were in the room when we entered. When we reported the mistake we were then given a smaller room, even though we had paid for an upgraded room.

Because of the Santa Rosa fires, my favorite hotel burnt down. It was difficult to find a place to stay but got very lucky and got a lovely room for a reasonable price. The hotel was full of evacuees and tmanagmeent allowed them to bring their pets which I thought was admirable.. I enjoyed the complementary bottle of delicious wine, the workout room as great and dinner at John & Ash was lovely. The cookies on my pillow were very fresh & delicious. I would and will stay here again!

Very traumatic experience! I went to rest since pictures looked great but end up having the worst time of my life. Did not feel secured an acknowledgment by management after my experience there.
