Staff were friendly and helpful. I only stayed a night and didn't have any issues. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bedside light was too hard to turn off/on. Staff did it, but I couldn't do it after he left.

This place is OK but its definitely not worth the 180 we paid. As others have said the parking lot is filled with trucks and there also seems to be an active social life going on in the parking lot. Our unit was far from the parking (as possible) so quieter than last time. Still lots of noise at this place. Our room was advertised as queen but its the smallest "queen" I've ever seen. Single queen rooms do NOT have mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave or really any conveniences. Check in requires your car license plate which I had to tell them 3 times and they still wrote it wrong. If the price were below 100 this could be an OK value.

Even though we understand the same people run/own this as the South Motel 6 it was like night and day with customer service. We arrived and were helped right away. Needed extra towels and they were spot on. No problems and super helpful.

Ceiling was leaking from AC condensation. Not a new situation as evident from the ceilings condition but was obviously ignored. Shower faucet control was not working too well.

Bed was old, horrible, saggy, back-ache inducing. Shower head is about eye level, and I'm not tall. Shower water was lukewarm and ran out quickly.

Good value for the price point. Clean room, plenty of towels and the TV worked fine.

Towels rough and not clean looking- we asked for new towels. Bedding rough, thin blankets. Staff was very nice.

THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS I NEED TO CHECK IN AT 2 PM AND I WAS INFORMED THAT I COULDN'T CHECKIN UNTIL 3 PM. NOT THE MOTEL FAULT THE SMOKE ALARM WAS BEEPING THE HOTEL STAFF CHANGED MY FRIST ROOM. WAS IMPRESSED AS I WAS CHANGING ROOM THE MAINTENANCE PERSON WAS FIXING THE PROBLEM.

Lots of traffic and noisy neighbors as usual but at least it didn't last all night.

The staff there really need some training on customer service.

This is a horrible motel. Room smelt really bad when walked in. Hot water was hard to regulate in shower. The beds and pillows where very uncomfortable. A bad spirit feeling when first entered the room. My wife and I had to cast it out with love and prayers. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Staff was kinda rough around the edges as well.

I know Santa Rosa is in distress ... my house burned down too. When I arrived at 10:30 at night the Hotel was fully booked and they could not find my reservation... So call ahead even if Orbitz or Motel 6 confirmed your reservation.

103 degrees A/C did not work hotel did not bother to call repair man to fix it

Dirty room and woke up to bed bugs! Save yourself the trouble and don't stay here.
