Very nice facilities. Staff was great, but the room it self needed more attention. Towels were stain and bathroom had stains in the walls. Shower was extremely small but unlike other hotels I been to it didn't make a mess when showering. A lot showers tend to leak and make puddles of water. Close to the shower there was seems to be an old booger stuck in the wall. So that was not pleasant to see. I found a old rice grain in the carpet, that was also not very pleasant.

This hotel is right in the downtown, making it close to all the major shopping areas. There seems to a transient issue in the area, as there was an encampment only a block away. Also, this location also charges for parking. Not just a vali, but self parking for a couple of dollars

Nothing worked everything was broken..the fridge, a/c, 4 keys, the parking exit, it goes on and on. Worst Hyatt i have ever been to

Pretty shut down due to COVID. The parking is wonky requiring a key every few feet it seems? The rooms very sparse and non descript. Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel? Perhaps it is nicer when open more but not the luxe I was expecting

Mia gave us excellent service! very nice receiving a nice glass of wine on arrival :)

$25 facilities fee tacked on unexpectedly even after paying fully on Orbitz.

The only thing I did not like was there was a dog in a room on our floor and around 11:30 or so that started barking non stop. I called down to the front desk and the handled the issue and even offered a breakfast voucher which was nice.

Very clean, nice crispy sheets, love the bar, valet very convenient

Our stay at the Hyatt Sonoma county was marginal. We overlooked the fire pit area (which is a great amenity) but it was so loud late into the night we had to close the windows to drown out the drunken chatter so we could sleep. We had our windows open because the A/C in our room didn’t work, it was 75 degrees no matter what we did. The hotel isn’t in walking distance to the town square which offers a lot of restaurant and bar options. There were a few OK unique options that we could walk to like flying goat coffee or Jackson’s but, to be frank, it didn’t seem like we were in the safest part of town. The staff was friendly and accommodating but the location and A/C issues made us never want to come back.

What's not to love? Great facility in a spectacular region. Some oof the best wine in the world and fabulous countryside combine to make this a place to visit and the Hyatt makes it perfect.

We left something behind and the staff did not steal it. Very happy for the solution. Excellent valet parking. Manager made it as it should be smooth. Coming back for sure

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The coffee in room was very good but the powdered creamer was bad. I did not like: parking is $10 and not enough of it. No continental breakfast. They left water in the room, which if we used it, would have cost us $4. The room was quite expensive to not include certain amenities.

Nicely finished new rooms. The night we stayed, there was no parking because a local prom was booked there. That seemed foreseeable and some parking for hotel guests should have been reserved. The hotel staff were frazzled by the time we got there. So, while they were doing their best, they were worn out and had no options or solutions to offer anyone. Management needs to re-think how to host events.
