The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. There was some remnants of marijuana on the table.

I did not stay here i stay at the extended stay north i stayed at south im not sure why im recieving this

Best Staff Services and hospitality. The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was in a safe area and location. Close to freeway without a lot of traffic noise.

Very basic hotel accommodation that is decent enough if you need to stay for an extended period and need a lower cost hotel. Very no frills, staff is sometimes hard to find (front desk regularly has a "stepped away" sign on it).

had to wait over 40 minutes to check in - was supposed to be at 3:00 pm.

..there were not any cups, dishes, etc. in the kitchenette. ....there was only one light blanket on the bed and I was cold. MSNBC was not available on the television and my friend and I wanted to watch a number of news shows.

We made our reservation through Orbitz, which was easy. When we got there, we could not change anything about our reservation. There was a kitchen in the the room and it was not stocked, completely bare. We asked about this and were told we have to specify that we wanted dishes, etc. when we made the reservation. There was no place to do this on the Orbitz site. We also were told by the night person that we could order it in the morning. We went down to the from desk the next day and we waited while the person at the desk threw together all the equipment for the kitchen. Then we were expected to bring that to the room ourselves! We could not do that because we both have bad backs. Her response was "Oh, you want ME to bring it up?" There was no dish soap, paper towels, or anything to clean the dishes with. Also, the remote control didn't work properly, but they did replace that the next day. Carpet was filthy. I would not stay here again.

Location was not bad, but many disappointing things at hotel. Rate was not bad, but for the smells through out the hall, and the broken door, that the smokers would just put a rock (Yes an actual rock!) in to keep it from locking, was a little disappointing. Not only for safety, but it would still have a rock left in it in the morning(Meaning it was left open, unsafe all night!). And as for the breakfast offering, I'm for no reason a fancy person,but from the many places I have traveled, here and abroad,it was one of the cheapest most generic ones I have ever seen. (All it had was 3 Coffee stations, nothing else offered to drink) and a few packaged Muffins & Granola bars. I don't expect a lot, But, if you don't drink coffee or want something else that is a little less Carbie, forget about it..

The hotel was oversold by 5 rooms and no room was available when I arrived. What a surprise!

Started out taking long time to check in and then went down hill Shower curtain and rod were missing and hair dryer was ripped from wall. Curtain was never replaced

I missed my flight and was a few hours late and they gave away my room and they were sold out !! Orbitz fixed the problem and got me into another hotel But the staff were not sympathetic at all and seemed to make no efffort to help

-No amenities (no pots, pans, dishes, utensils, napkins... nada). Bare shelves. An electric range but no way to use it. -Difficult parking. -Pervasive smell of tobacco and marijuana IN THE HOTEL. Every day, every hour. -Broken thermostat. I had to buy my own batteries and learn to re-program on my own, as staff was of no help. -No visit from house keeping the entire six days I was there. -Several doors broken, i.e. key card wouldn't work. Noticed that other residents were propping open the doors with rocks. -Trash in the landscaping. Cigarette butts are one thing, but a used condom!? Seriously. -Lackluster breakfast. Some muffins and instant oatmeal, that's it. A single coffee carafe/urn each morning that went quick and was never refilled. -Incidents with vagrants and some violence between guests. Police had to be alerted. Heard enough? I could go on. I can't believe this hotel is still standing.

I was completely unsatisfy with my stay here. First off let me say I requested a non smoking room. That being said don't ever stay on 3rd floor, that whole floor smells like tabaco. The rooms are terrible so small and appliances look like they been beat up. That being said I couldn't stay there, I had to move rooms. Second room was a little better but overal was disappoint with stay.
