Brian at front desk was very customer service orientated

Registration upon arrival was great. Jen was so very friendly and welcoming. My wife and I left the desk with a smile. Jen deserves a great deal of credit. I would suggest you task her with the training of her fellow receptionists.

The service was terrible. They closed the restaurant for a private party. Where are the quest suppose to eat after traveling all day. It was a place that people paid to use the pool. It was a hotel from the 50’s era for sure.

Very nice, offers lots of things to do, nicely located, close to shops and restaurants.

Good access to sonoma valley wine and cool restaurants in Santa Rosa. It was a nice experience but expensive for what it is.

The hotel was nice, very hospitable staff. Pleasant, friendly and helpful. Their pool and hot tub were closed due to fire pits being installed in their outdoor area, so they coordinated guests being allowed to use the Hyatt's pool across the street. Room was very clean, lobby area was nice with lots of TVs and areas to sit and relax. Fitness room was nice. Very nice stay.

Great location, updated courtyard, modern rooms, coffee could use improvement, but overall great stay.

Clean, good sized room. Nice location near wineries and shopping. Paul Mitchell products in bath.

This is a great affordable chain hotel, with luxurious and comfortable bed, bedding, and pillows. The amenities are nothing to hail, though. The normal John Mitchell shampoo and conditioner (meh, left more to be desired. I used my own.), good smelling lemon sage body soap and lotion, and not much else. We didn't really require anything, such as room service, mini-bar, etc. (This hotel lacks this type of stuff. This is a pure bare minimum business hotel.) This hotel was perfect for our needs. I'd choose a great bed over continental breakfast and other amenities, any day. I always choose the Courtyard over a more expensive B&B or a budget hotel like Fairfield with more amenities value. I liked that the experience is comfortable and predictable.

Check-in was easy, the room was great, location was close to what i needed, and the staff was friendly. Not much else to say, everything went well.

The room had an odor, but other wise was good. Bed was comfortable Great locatiuon, eay to find. Would have liked to have room service.

went to see wine country. nice hotel right near nightlife and restaurants.

Pros: The hotel was very quiet, clean, and had good service. Cons: The bed was not comfortable, and the air conditioning dried out my sinuses, blowing harshly on my face no matter how hard I tried to escape it. No mini-fridge. :-( All in all, this is an acceptable place for a couple of nights, but next time, I'll probably try somewhere else.

Pros: free parking, close to downtown, courteous staff. Cons: hard bed, air conditioning blows in your face, small bathroom.

I was attending a conference at the (much pricier) Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel and Spa and stayed at the Courtyard as a budget choice. The Hyatt is literally across the street and so, for this reason, the Courtyard works perfectly. In addition, the Courtyard is located within a close walk of the downtown strip of restaurants and wine bars in Santa Rosa. Room, staff, and other amenities were all fine, as expected.

As a Marriot Rewards gold member, I've come to expect a level of service and amenities that were not provided during my family's recent stay at the Courtyard, Santa Rosa. This hotel is badly in need of renovation and is a poor substitute for the neighboring Hyatt!

Good

The room was good, only thing was that my room didn't have a mini fridge and the microwave was in the lobby. Staff was nice the room overall was nice.

Minimum towels and pillows.

very pleasant staff and really nice rooms. Great location and really good price through [...]. we would stay again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this hotel. Also, the breakfast buffet is very high quality and, for $10, greatly supersedes the typical continental breakfast.

Hello Anonymous guest, I believe this review has been sent to the wrong hotel. - We have never charged to use the pool - We have never rented out our restaurant for private events. Whether this was a stay at our hotel our a different one, we are sorry that your experience fell short this time, and hope you can make it back to Santa Rosa sometime and have a better experience.
