Everything was great at the hotel. Next time I am in Santa Fe, I would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel. Simple ammenities.

It was perfect for one night stay in SF

We checked in late after a day of hard hiking. We needed food and showers. The place was advertised as having a restaurant. It did, but the restaurant was closed on the day we stayed. No explanation was given. We needed to go out and search for a place to eat, found nothing open, ended up buying junk food from a gas station. Then we came back and found out they shut off all water because they had some maintenance issue! And then we had repair guys stomping and shouting next to our window half the night. That in addition to a very old and very noisy AC unit. In this place, you can forget about privacy, the walls are paper thin and all windows open to the walkways. What you get for the price is a very dated Motel 6. I have seen many Motel 6 locations a lot better and cleaner than this. I must admit, the breakfast selection was pretty good. But overall, it may be called the Sage Hotel, but the choosing to stay there was very unwise on our part. Do not recommend.

Literally in the middle between the square and airport, very conveniently located. Staff was super nice and quick to respond; they actually call your room about 30 minutes after check in to see if everything is ok. I had a question about something and it was answered and taken care of in a nick of time.

Room had a funny smell. There was a bunch of stuff under the bed (various items) that did not belong there.

Room was very nice, extremely clean. Location is good. Good breakfast. The only thing we questioned was the VERY strict time we could check in. We arrived at 3 p.m. and told our room would not be ready until 4 p.m. and was given the room number we'd have. We waited on property for one hour, no one entered the room we were assigned during that hour. We had thought it may be due to shortage of cleaning staff, but that did not appear to be the problem.

I liked the upgraded decor in and old timey motel. I liked the ease of getting downtown. The gentleman who did my check in was brand new and sweet as could be. I’d stay there again.

Location was close to railyard district and not far from santa fe plaza

This hotel (Inn?) is a great deal for the location! It is clean and stylish. It is walking distance to downtown and pet friendly.

The room was very quiet as well as nice and clean. We didn't get in until after midnight because of several travel delays and when I called to let them know we were going to be late they were really kind and put me at ease. Check in was quick and easy which I appreciated very much after being on the road for about 15 hours at that point. The only "complaints" I would have about this stay is that the bathroom was very small and the tub/shower could use an update. Also (and this was annoying because it was so late and we were so tired) is we couldn't find any parking anywhere near the door to our room. I know the place was booked solid but it would have been nice to not have to haul bags such a long way when we were practically stumbling with weariness. Otherwise a very nice stay and I would stop here again.

Room was never cleaned and noise from floor above was intolerable.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The cooling unit/fan works perfect. In fact, everything works smoothly! Location is perfect. Staff is friendly.

It was very clean. Very good location. Close to everything that we wanted to do.

I really love the look of this hotel. It looked very clean for the most part. The USB/outlet near the bed didn't work so my phone died and the heater wasn't the best ever, it would either feel too hot or too cold. But all in all it was a great stay and I would definitely stay there again!

Good price, solid location, and the breakfast options were great (especially considering the pandemic)
