The bathroom door did not close, it was very dirty and moldy the nightstand very dusty inside and out. Breakfast was not served, it was only a snack. Bad service

The security was good at the hotel. The hospitality was very poor & not very friendly.

About the only positive I can say, free parking. If you wanted clean towels you had to bring them to the front desk. I brought dirty towels down 3 floors to the desk at 9am, then was told they had none. The girl at the front desk, said she would ask for my room to be serviced. When we came back about 1pm, I had to ask a cleaning person in the hallway. The cable didn't work, so no tv to watch. The hotel was run down and dirty.

I would not stay here again. Cheap, yes. Not clean.

The front desk person charged my credit card multiple times telling me it was declining. My statement reflected $1200 in charges for one night at this 2 star hotel. He was rude to me and continued to tell me to take a seat so he can he’ll someone else. As I stepped aside I looked at my statement on my phone and it showed all the charges he made. When I showed it to him he told me that it didn’t happen. Another person stepped in to help and said she would fix it.The next morning I woke up to someone bumping their stereo in the paid parking lot outside of my room at 6:30am. I called the front desk and he hung up on me. I’m so done.

Room are outdated. Shower did not work properly. Was there at 2:50 pm and told us that we had to wait until 4:00 pm to get our room. I paid $560 for 2 nights but it worth only $99 a night at the most.

The place is very out dated the room walls are dirty even the curtains at the shower, the staff in the morning of 12/19/2020 at first walking back in i thought it was one of the guest 2 ladies sitting at the lobby without face mask so then i ignored it and we went to our room and our key card is not working so i decided to go down at see a front desk surprisingly one of the girl i saw sitting at the lobby without a mask works there she help me out with the key card without a mask... i will definitely go back to this city a lot to explore but will definitely not going to check in at this hotel again.. its nasty... I DO NOT RECOMEND..

I have been staying at this property approximately 10 years spending from $850-1100 each year for 2 night stay and have never been treated with such disrespect. The management is horrible he will not let me speak to the owners or give me there information. They were rude the room wasn’t ready to shower didn’t work didn’t get to shower until the 2nd day. Mind you this is a Suite upstairs downstairs 2 night stay $938 no shower, no parking, staff rude, the staff stands out front smokes and people need to go out to parking lot for staff. I was so disappointed in my experience and once again this is coming from someone that keeps going back because of the staff and management but they sure have stopped all that.

The room smelt of smoke and old urine. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about and a bit chaotic.

Loved the breakfast feature very convenient ..didn't like the limited parking

Superb customer service. Felt like we were one of the family

The elevator was broken; however, the rest of the hotel was fine.

Tv broken. Lights broken. Door wouldn’t close. Nice staff.
