Old and not well maintained. We were “upgraded” to a suite fir an extra $300 with a pullout in the suite that was just terrible; not sure why they just didn’t put a queen in the extra room given the setup. Parking is an extra $50/night (put that in the daily rate as no one fly’s to Santa Barbara). Food is sub-par everywhere you go (even their high end stake-house). Many times when I tried to call the reception, no one would pick up! Staff is courteous and friendly.

Not worth the prices . Stay elsewhere you will regre it if you stay here . They all talk the same corporate lingo ..... tell you what you want to hear but lie straight to your face

This place is unreal!!! The view woww! The room spacious and star gazing alll night

I wish I was informed parking is $50/ night Up front Full disclosure makes everyone happy Restsurant food was good a bit greasy but good We had a wonderful time Thank you for the upgrade

Staff is incredible and property is gorgeous! Mandatory resort fee when fitness center is closed and mandatory valet charges of $50 per day per item seemed excessive. Food and drink prices are also high. Rooms are very well appointed and spacious.

beyond horrible experience starting at check in .. misled, deceived, lied to.. pool closed beach closed ! not sure why the hotel is even offering rooms when all amenities are unavailable .. no food service! stepped in dog poop on property.. promised king room for queen ! loud sounds above us starting 7am! bathtub looks like a sink ! need vacation from this so called vacation !!!!!

Everyone is very nice, but it was rather expensive with little up side to the commodities given.

During the pandemic I understand for our safety many normal activities can’t stay open but a resort style hotel loses its meaning without the whole package, but the price of the room stays around the same range, and charging a resort fee without much of the options open isn’t really considerate.

Gorgeous location. Staff was terrific. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable and rooms could use updating. OBar and Angel Oak were both delicious. The Bistro was disappointing. Had a birthday dinner scheduled there and got a call hours before that they were closing early that day because it was “slow”. Ritz should replace Bistro with a better option and also work on better sandwich and higher quality espresso drinks at their onsite cafe - Blend. Also, a 24 hour “convenience” type shop would be great, since it’s a resort.

The garden area. , and also the decors . The are was the best

the room was great, food excellent. We enjoyed the wine tasting and the coffee shop on the property.

Great location - Just had a dirty balcony that took 4 calls any several hrs to get resolved

Property was pretty but far away from all of the things to do. Pool area is really starting to show its age. We had two days with no hot water

Amazing Room and friendly Staff! Felt like Royalty
