Great location. A few minute walk to everything.

Great location and casual chic ambience. Beautifully landscaped. Noise level was an issue at times — thin walls and close to the street.

Great location, clean, excellent staff.

One of our favorites places to stay at in SB. Comfortable and clean bedrooms; nice clean swimming pools; ocean front and easy walk to state street. Rooms facing the road could use better insulation from the car noise.

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful! Landscaping is tropical, well maintained, and an extraordinary experience for all the senses. Front desk staff and valet staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay with lots of recommendations for food and activities! We definitely hit the hotel jackpot staying here. I will add the room we stayed in could use a tad bit of updating. But, It looks like they have started because the bathroom vanity was new and the shower door was new, but the actual shower itself was in need of repair. I say this only because I felt like the grounds were so immaculate I was expecting the same inside the room. Still would 100 recommend staying here.

Great location! They have bikes you can borrow and two pools.

The staff was incredibly nice and had great information on the local area. The front desk and valet teams were especially friendly and helpful.

Horrible!!!!!! We paid for an ocean view and is barely looking at the ocean. The heater wasn’t working and when we asked to the reception ehy they said it was because the next room was using it. It was insanely cold and they said they could do nothing but give us some blankets. Overall is definetly not worth it. I was very excited about staying in this hotel and is not worth it. Save your money!

Disappointed in the room, no parking available, checked-in early and still had to wait in long check-in line to get key.

When they say a standard room please be aware it’s TINY! if you bring 2 suitcases it’s going to be cramped. This was our only gripe other than the thin walls (if you’re in building 3) the traffic/someone walking by is easily heard. However, a cute hotel in a great locator the wharf and bay!

Given COVID restrictions, this hotel was reasonably priced. I think if we had to pay the resort fees we wouldn’t think so as we likely wouldn’t have used them but would have had to pay. They ask that you book your pool time in advance and limit the number of people that can be there at one time. At one point there was more than should be and they went and checked it out, helped clear out the reserved time. Honestly hope this type of procedure remains after the pandemic. The staff is great. Very accommodating. The only “negative” is that for the room we booked and price we paid we would have expected the bathrooms to be much nicer.

Dislike: the Bed was extremely hard. I didnt get a good sleep the time I was there. Also the Cleaning crew wear masks while on the grounds. even after cleaning they couldve spread the germs. Like:We had a room with a view which was amazing. Easy access to a beach with hardly any people. We enjoyed the fire put at night and the front desk person was extremely nice.

We had a King Bed Ocean View Room. The room was very clean and the black-out curtains were AWESOME!!!! We slept so well in the comfy bed, dark room and the HUGE tv. When we wanted a view- we opened the curtains and the window overlooking West Beach and got the sea breeze drafting through the room. Everything about this room was worth the price. The manager, Bob was great- there was a security light shining directly into our room & Bob climbed on a ladder and fixed it right away. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Hotel Milo!

The “hotel” appears to be 6-8 former, individual hotels now under a single ownership. That means the lobby can be quite far from your room, and people traveling together can be quite fat apart. One can request a specific building (formerly different hotels altogether), but there are no guarantees. The deposit and “resort” fee are added at registration, quite confusing, and still have not been refunded after three weeks and two phone requests.
