Nice and comfortable, was non smoking room but had a strong order of smoke

Our stay was incredible. Our junior suite was beyond wonderful. Everything looked so cute!

Not the same old chain. Unique. Great Pool.

First stay, have been by property before. Has a difinite nostalgic feel to the building. Food is a little pricy. Bowl of soup, a sandwich, fish n chips, no drinks was $52.00.

I arrived way earlier than planned and stayed for a few hours in the older part of the hotel, the room was small and in desperate need of renovations. By 11am I was switched to the new part of the hotel and was very happy with it! Bigger room, more comfortable bed and pillows, 2 sinks one inside the bathroom and the other one outside. Front desk staff are very friendly. Easy check in and check out.

It's an older building with a nice touch but age shows in the rooms. The location is good though.

Lots of historical charm and the staff was very hospitable. Glad we chose to stay here rather than the Raddison. Restaurant on site was excellent.

The hotel was decent they try to keep it historical

Easy enough check in but once in our room, we discovered the toilet was broken. Instead of giving us another room, they called maintenance who stayed in our room for over an hour trying to fix the situation, which just got worse because water started flowing onto the floor. After housekeeping was called and a second maintenance worker came into the room, i went to the lobby and finally requested a second room. Considering we are in a pandemic, i found it really unhygienic for them to keep wirking in the bathroom without offering us a new room. It gave me severe anxiety being in close quarters with others, especially right now. After getting a new room, we find out there is no hot water. The next morning, we get a call that theyre shutting off water to fix the plumbing issue. It was just nonstop issues and disappointment. We will never go back.

Great place to stay stayed two nights was really nice lots of things to do and walking distance to eat

The place was very keep up and was on the main drag lots of places to go and see very nice area

toilet ran for a goos 5 min after flushing. our car was hit in the parking lot. asked receptionist to check video and they could not see it.

It was very neat to stay here but the hotel wasn't as clean as we would have liked. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom area. Like someone shaved there head and didn't clean it up. The problem was take care of very quickly but very odd. Its a beautiful property that i will probably stay at again.

I was very plwase with the presentation of the room. Only concern is when we requested fresh clean towels they just left them on the floor in front of my room which i felt was very unsanitary. ALSO not once throughout the 7 days did i recieve service to change the bed linen.
