Everything was pretty much as expected, and as advertised. The service was clean, courteous, and plentiful. Activities for everyone. Definitely would recommend; and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Resort! The overall courtesy of the staff was outstanding with only one exception The person who seated us( group of 7) at Brisas Cafe was very discourteous and wanted to seat 7 individuals in a booth- she needs a lesson in customer relations

We have stayed here three times previously and actually road hurricane Irma out in 2017 while here and experienced the destruction - and then we read what Maria did two weeks later. We are so happy this property is back open for business. It was a joy to be there and the portions of the resort that are back open look fabulous! The restoration work continues - and, hopefully next year most (if not all) of the resort will be back open. We went to Palomino twice and the main swimming pools the water park all are open and look great. There were only two restaurants open when we were there; however, the service and the food was excellent and we have no complaints. The rooms are refreshed and look super. We cannot wait to return. We have heard that there are discussions underway with Hilton to possibly return as a "Hilton" property - I hope this does happen as I am a Hilton Diamond Member. Amazing resort with the most wonderful staff! Delicious food and the boat ride to the beach was lovely! It’s a great place for couples and families.

Extremely disappointed in the service provided. Its a huge property and they should be more attentive. They didn’t provide any information upon arrival.

I am happy the hotel has reopened. It is probably the best hotel in the Island. I hope the culinary offer improves in the following months.

The resort is grossly understaffed. Not enough front end desk staff. Not enough cleaning support. The resort itself is nice but there is not enough staff to take care of the guests. Also the breakfest buffet is overpriced at $25 per person and was absolutely horrible.

Had been there a few years back and fell in love with it, this time around am sure it is paradise.

Fir the price it is not worth it, the ferry to Palomino island is out of commission, hence the fact that you need to take a car to find a beach. Only one restaurant is open, only two pools are open and there is no valet parking.
