Great view of the lagoon, great room with size amenities cleanliness soap etc. microwave refrigerator in good bed…, She eats everything was great and the staff was friendly and helpful

On the positive side the properties close to everything you need for entertainment in the negative side I purchase an elite room paying extra and was giving a regular room w partial View of the Ocean when I ask front desk he told That’s what they gave! you first responder is very unprofessional very ignorant and in my opinion he should be in maintenance and not as a front decks receiving guess! he needs to get it educated on professional customer service not everybody that walks through the doors it’s naïve some people are very professional courtesy and well financially thank you and I’m sorry to give you this report

Parking sucked we had to get a new ticket everyday by walking around the parking complex to the front

Pros- Excellent location, worth the price, friendly staff, better then I expect for the price. Cons- Poorest cleaning I have seen in my life, my bedroom never had a vacuum on a 7 days stay, my bed it was fixed 2 times in 7 days what one of the reasons the cleaning wrote a note they don’t need touch the bed in case has something in the top!?!? Like clothes?! Worse experience a bag with new items we bought at PR it was vanish from our bedroom, as the police mentioned “probably it was get as a trash” tell me who trash out a bag with 5new underwear from Victoria Secret, a pair of Blend New Sweat Pants and some more items? Impossible to contact the manager, But Nelson handle the situation without a solution. The insurance it was supposed to reimburse me but didn’t contact me until now. It wasn’t for only for the money but for the items we had in the bag it’s very local and we can’t find where we live and it was paid with my teenager money from her two jobs. If I recommend, you can still enjoy the pros but be aware your items can vanish from your bedroom. I had been in a 5 stars hotel and the something happened before in another Country. One person can damage your vacation/stay and the reputation for the place

This hotel was a great disappointment. When we arrived the room didn't seem cleaned well. It wasn't dirty but not quite up to standard. The property had 2 elevators and when we arrived only one was working and that one stopped working as well during our stay so we had to use the stairs from the 7th floor. The room was not cleaned everyday and the housekeeping service did not leave hand towels. We had to request hand towels twice during our stay. The phone in the room did not work and was labeled Caribe Hilton. The last two days our toilet would not flush. The water pressure was extremely low. The only positive was the view from our balcony, however, this did not negate the many improvements that are needed with this property.

Elevators need work and bathroom could get upgraded but the view is amazing and staff is cool. I would go back but in the same room.

i booked a grande suite overlooking ocean and instead it was the lagoon. no ocean in sight anyways. floor was humid and sticky in room. the listing said breakfast included..hotel had no restaurant. had to walk across the street at a restaurant and pay for breakfast.

Nice large renovated bathroom with a huge tub(not jetted) but you can have a nice bubblebath. All balcony are ocean view. Wish they had vendening machines for late night snacks. Staff and property was clean and I had no problem with the Elevators as i previously read.

The hotel clerk contacted us the night before to let us know negative COVID test results were required to check in. They told us, once we received our results, we would need to complete a form. The next day (day of our stay), we were tested using the rapid antigen testing... all negative (as Im fully vaccinated and get checked for COVID almost every two weeks.) As we are filling out the form, we have no way to enter our results because the form only allowed for the PCR test results which could take 3 days. We called the hotel immediately and were told we would not be able to check in with our negative rapid testing results. They ultimately, would not allow us to check in and would not refund any portion of the $ we spent booking our stay. For the past three weeks, we have been working to get a refund on a place that I never was allowed to check in to. We have been trying to reach a manager to approve a refund since April.

I found a used razor in the bathroom

This hotel is in a great location with several beaches and restaurants within walking distance. We had a traveling party of 3 with 2 different rooms. One was a standard single queen which was quiet spacious with a small sofa and sitting area. Our second room was a Presidential suite with lots of room. It had 2 full baths, a kitchenette, a living area (with a murphy bed), and a bedroom with a kind bed. Both rooms had great views from the balconies. This is a basic hotel with no pool, but why would you want one with such a beautiful ocean nearby. Due to COVID regulations the check-in process looked to be busy at times, but we were in our room within 5 minutes of arrival. The rooms were clean and it good state of repair. Everything was functioning properly and as expected. Our room rates were half the price of other hotels in the area.

This hotel was a great disappointment. When we arrived the room didn't seem cleaned well. It wasn't dirty but not quite up to standard. The property had 2 elevators and when we arrived only one was working and that one stopped working as well during our stay so we had to use the stairs from the 7th floor. The room was not cleaned everyday and the housekeeping service did not leave hand towels. We had to request hand towels twice during our stay.
