The location is perfect and the facilities. The downside is that there's no parking available. The room was good. I had to clean the ceiling fan.

Most of staff was ok but the night staff not good

Not very clean and very disruptive but when the staff was present they were very friendly

When we arrived the place smelled like bleach but upon further inspection the place was dirty and the bathroom smelled like dirty feet. The pillowcases were stained as well as the shower curtains. You only get a towel per person and you had to turn them in in order for them to give you the new ones. The pool is very small but cozy. The front desk never answered the phone. The AC was working amazingly. Aside from the few things the place was cozy and situated in a very good location 2 blocks away from the beach.

Waiting 7 hours for checking because our plane was late. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and no one showed up to the desk until 8:30 in the morning. Then they acted like it was our fault even though I emailed them the day before at 2 in the afternoon that we would be late. Management's attitude towards us was horrific.

Great place near ocean

It was a great location and very authentic!

I stood here on 5/16 & upon checking out I left my small book bag in the burrow & didn’t realize I went back about 1hr later to ask if they can check and see if the bag was there the staff Elvin or Ervin not sure his name but he comes down and says that the bag isn’t there i told him it should be there because I didn’t leave with it I asked to review the camera he said he wasn’t able too do it then asked tio speak to a manager he said there won’t be anyone in until 5p who can help us when I began to ask if I can check in the room he said the cleaning ladies cleaned the room and didn’t see anything and I say can I still check he called the cops on me and was going too have me arrested for trespassing. My ID and Social Security card was in the bag and he was so rude did not offer any type of help

This hotel appears very cute from the outside. We were nicely greeted from the woman who checked us in. Our room was under the patio and next to the pool (there were people outside of our room taking and laughing until sunrise-very loudly- so I assume pool rules are not implemented). When we entered, we did not have enough towels for everyone who stayed, no hand soap, no mini toiletries and no tissues. During a time of COVID, one would at least expect hand soap in your room! We asked for additional towels, which were kindly provided. However, these white towels were stained and did not look fresh. We simply chose to stay here out of connivence to the airport. When it came time to check out, there was nobody at the reception desk and there was a sign to call a number or walk to their sister hotel. We did not have time for this so we had to leave our keys and go. Overall, an OKAY experience. I don’t think I would chose to say here again.

This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. Parking is a really big issue as they do not provide any. You have to look for street parking blocks aways becauae there's never parking near by. Rooms are dirty, they wont even come pick up your trash even if you leave it outside your door. No extra towels nor toilet paper. Rooms have a smell. No one explained any of this when checked in. Employees are rude.

I liked how close to the beach the hotel is. The cat at the front desk.

The property had a homely feel, but the room are extremely small. There is literally no place in the room. The bathroom showerhead was broken and we were given only 2 towel for 4 days. There was no room service because of covid which is understandable, atleast they could have taken the trash out. There was no front desk attended most of the time. Their phone kept ringing in the morning and we could not sleep. The pool was not working for 3 days. We could only use it on the last day. The pictures online are mostly from their sister hotel. Staff was not friendly except for a girl named Paula. She was super nice and very accommodating and tried to help us with limited resources she was given.

Great location! The restaurant/bar is still closed. There was poor lighting on the pathways leading to the room at night. Overall, it was okay.

Feels like being at home but the place is not as nice as years ago and shows some signs of decay. Loud music at the pool by one of the guests was allowed by the manager, not cool

Puerto Rico is one of my favorite places in the world unfortunately the hotel I stayed at does not have the attention and care that I was looking for the staff was very unprofessional no control for the TV the rooms smell very humans and you needed to walk a distance to check in at another hotel which I would appreciate it if I knew in advance no parking nowhere nearby thank you

The room was not cleaned when we arrived the first night. I mean room was dirty apparently they only change the bed sheets and clean towel and that is all. There is no parking lot; you have to look for parking in the street every time and finding parking far away.

There is no parking on property, so if you arrive in your car or a rental you are in trouble. You are requested to find parking in the street. There I was rolling my suitcases from three blocks away! I won't recomend the facility if you are going to be moving up and down! ;-(

Very limited parking Staff, location, grounds and room were awesome Thanks to Omar

Hello, glad you liked our hotel. On our end we do not see any report of the fan being dirty, so that an housekeeper could have gone and clean it and did not have to do it yourself.
