We Love it from start to finish

The room was very nice and the shower was stone…we were impressed. The pool was beautiful and the water was nice and warm!!! Next time I’ll come with my man. It had couple vibes!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!This was the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had. The day we checked in they put us in a dirty room (during the surge of COVID-19). The hotel staff told us that they are fully booked and that they don’t have another clean room to move us too and no housekeeping on site until the morning. We paid for and “ocean view” but received a side view. The sliding glass door was shattered so you couldn’t even see out if we did have a “ocean view”.They never offered us a stay at any of their sister properties. So we cleaned as much as we could with the little bit of sanitizing wipes that we could. After we went to dinner and came back we roll back the comforter and there were PUBIC HAIRS and sand in our bed. The hotel NEVER took responsibility and long story short we ended up in another hotel and are still fighting double charges from the hotel.

Very nice place to stay. Very convenient close to the beach and lot of restaurants around. Very close to everything. If you want a place to sleep and explore during the day I recommend it.

Wasn’t what I thought it would be very disappointing

Walk to beach

I liked how close it was to the beach. I didn’t like that the sheets didn’t fit the bed, there were no amenities, the room was small. If you want towels you need to take dirty ones to the front desk to get new ones. Soaps in the room? Go ask for some. A phone in the room to call the front desk? Nope.

The place was very clean and the staff was pleasant however, it was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. The guests were very unruly and there was a lot of noise at all hours of the night and early morning.

I didn't.like that they didn't have a pool but besides that it was good.

I get that check in is at 4pm but they were very strict about it. There is no wlevator and no additional security to your door ither than the door knob lock. No blow dryer provided. Minimal lighting in the bathroom. Spots and hairs were found on the bedspread. It is a good location close to the beach.

Very charming hotel. A little dated but clean and the staff is wonderful! Updated TV and coffee pots in the rooms would be a nice touch. Also, the lighting could be brighter. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful and has a great location. It needs a bit more care, the painting was shipped, there was an A/C leak in the balcony, the TV is in bad shape, there is no phone in the room to call front desk. Staff were very nice and the jacuzzy/pool is pretty and unique.

The room is very small, I can’t even find a place to expend my suitcase. The air conditioner is making a lot of noise, I was awaked by it several times during the night. Also I can clearly hear next door showering in the morning. They don’t have parking, we have to park 1-2 blocks away and walk to hotel every day. Our room door also didn’t work every well. I have to spend 2-3 minutes to find a specific angle to lock it... Good thing is they have a warm pool that you can relax there anytime. Also the hotel is close to the beach.

Loved this hotel! It was really quaint and beautifully done. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is literally steps away from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spanish decor is amazing if you are into that style.
