I asked for a non smoking rooms due to allergies, but when I arrived I was told they were all sold out. The TV didn't work, and the light switch was broken...Bad experience

It’s average. It’s pretty good for just an overnight stay.

Ok have had worst price too high no hot tub bad linnens no coffee parking bad

Both the staff and Orbitz were quite helpful but the motel is badly in need of renovations. Somehow my booking was for a night early and I didn't realize it until that night when I printed my itinerary for the next day (I thought). It was already 9pm and I called Orbitz and the motel, and both were fine with not charging me and changing it to the next night. That's the good part. Unfortunately the motel itself was a big disappointment. Everything about it looks old and dingy. The bedspread, carpets and easy chair looked like they had been there since the 70s. I took the bedspread off, turned it upside down to cover the chair to sit in it. The rest o the furniture was cheap and old. The dresser had the top drawer removed so the TV could be bolted to it, the office type chair at the desk was wobbly. There was a mini fridge and microwave that worked at least, The bathroom window had no screen. At least it looked like the room had been clean, and the mattress was OK although the sheet was paper thin. The TV had DirecTV but it must be some super bargain package because it basically had local channels, one concert channel, and everything else was infomercials. Late at night other than that music channel everything was infomercials.

THE PRICE VERY HIGH. THE GUY AT THE LOBBY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD THINKING THAT ONLY MADE RESERVATIONS, WHEN HE REALIZED I HAVED ALREADY PAID HE REFUND MY CREDIT CARD. THE ROOM SMELLED TERRIBLE, LIKE OT WAS A SMOKING ROOM, SHEET SMELLED LIKE SMOKE. THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. PLEASE TRY A WELL KNOWN BRAND HOTEL. IN SAN JOSE IS DIFFICULT TO GET GOOD HOTELS FOR GOOD PRICE. BUT IS DEFINITE THAT YOU CAND FIND SOMETHING BETTER FOR THE I PAID.
