Can't beat the price for the location and parking. Staff is very kind.

Look good, nice area, room its so clean....,,,,..,,,

parking is a problem. no elevators. It will be wise to say it is an old Motel. The furnitures brings old memory and that is a shining point!

Nice room, surfaces and appliances clean but the carpeting is so dirty that i had to throw a pair of socks away. My room was on the second floor near the rear so the room was very quiet. Parking lot is well lit and is free but spaces are limited. Don't move your car on e its parked! I would stay here again if in the city for the weekend.

dirty, outdated, loud. not a great location. front clerk was nice

Disclaimer: we had to book this hotel last minute on a holiday weekend because of an emergency. I normally would have taken the time to find something better. That being said, this hotel has little to offer. It sits at a noisy intersection in a run-down neighborhood. There are no amenities. In our room the sheets, sink, tub, and toilet were clean. That's about it. There was fuzz on the walls, and the carpet was filthy. It was abundantly clear throughout the hotel that the owners cut a lot of corners. The included breakfast was sub par. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager even made an exception to their cancellation policy to accommodate another member of our party. I was left with an overall impression of someone struggling to provide a relatively affordable option in an otherwise overpriced local hotel market. Unfortunately, those running this hotel are not up to the challenge. If you can, find another option.

Nice hotel south of Market within walking distance to BART, very clean, quiet, safe, free parking, breakfast included. Also Coffee maker, Refrige and Micro in room. Would def stay here again.

Did not like it here at all! We got up and left early in the morning just to get out of the room as fast as possible. It's got all the necessities but don't book here if you want something in the least bit modern.

When I checked out, I discovered they charged me a higher rate for my second night. Honored the Orbitz rate for the first night, but second night was about doubled. Infuriating and they insisted that was just how it is. For this reason, I'd never go back

Room was OK but not 4 stars. Was in good location though. AND there was parking but not a lot so get your car there before all gone.

We checked in late and I had to park in the street. Showers and room were dated.

The room was big, clean, and equipped with a fridge and a microwave and a coffeemaker.

I was very pleased with everything except the HVAC unit, it's very loud when in cycles, and since it was cold and rainy I had it on all night, because there wasn't enough blankets on the bed. Without earplugs only the most steadfast of sleepers could have slept through the cycles. Maybe if the unit wasn't 36in from the head of the bed. Awesome two person jacuzzi tub, the bed was comfy, staff is great and the little continental breaky was great too.

cheap for SF and located close to the Mascone. Run down hotel in a run down neighborhood. They clean them daily and basics (shower, microwave, wifi) all work.

This place is good for those looking for a place to lay there head after exploring the city. Nothing special other than having parking included. The area isn't the best but the motel itself is secure. Staff was friendly although I didn't really need to interact with them much since I had no problems.
