Great property and location.

They should be more upfront about the pool and hot tub being closed.

I called the hotel at 5pm letting them know we would be a late checkin - past 1030pm. I also confirmed that we would have a crib in our room when we arrived. The hotel staffer said the crib would be in our room. I called the hotel at 1030pm letting them know we would arrive in 20 minutes time. I, again, confirmed that a crib would be in our room before arrival. I was told the crib was already in the room. We checked in at 1055pm and, I again, confirmed that a crib was already in our room. We arrived in the room and there was no crib. I called the front desk and they said one would be up in a few minutes. I said to please keep the volume down because our 1 year old was asleep and I wanted to transition her to the crib after it arrived. The night manager and another person knocked on the door. I opened and told them I would wheel the crib in and the manager told me he had to bring it into the room. I explained that my baby was asleep and that I could wheel it in, but he insisted that he had to deliver it into the room, along with the other staffer. Of course, the noise woke my baby up and she proceeded to cry for the next 2 hours and refused to go back to sleep. Needless to say, it was very frustrating and disappointing that no crib was in our room despite confirming it on 3 separate times the day of checkin.

Shuttle only runs every 30 min. It covers 2 hotels and the teminals. By the time the shuttle came to our terminal it was full. So a few families where left behind. When you call the hotel to see if they can expedite another one no one picked up after 30 min. Ended getting an uber for $$, as we didn’t want to risk being left behind again. The front desk staff was friendly and relatively quick.

Main Lobby centers around a bar. Probably great if you like that sort of thing.

Con: $30.00 a night for parking. Be sure to read the fine print before booking. Pro: Coffee shop in lobby was convenient.

Fantastic hotel! Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views! Just wish they could reopen their restaurant as their dining options are minimal and way overpriced for what you get.

Convenient location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Delicious food in the restaurant! Everything we needed for a long weekend visit with family...our grandson loved the pool! We’ve stayed here twice, and will definitely stay here again!
