Booked this hotel a month ago and was not told about the pet fee when booking. My confirmation did not state anything about a pet fee, only a $100 refundable deposit. Front desk woman would not waive the fee which is absurd as we always book at other La Quintas and were never charged a pet fee. This is why we book this place to begin with. Horrible service to start. Place wasn’t the cleanest and areas of the bathroom and rooms were extremely rusted.

We were happily surprised at how clean and modern this hotel is. We stayed overnight to catch an early flight out and it was very comfortable with a great bathroom too

The hotel have a great location and friendly staff, but be ready to get your room “clean” after the 5th day. According to the front desk they clean after your 4th day of your stay due to COVID, but we didn’t have our room “light clean” until the 5th day and after we call many times. I think the rooms should be deep clean due to COVID, so we used Clorox wipes and asked for garbage bags to pull out garbage out the room. Besides cleaning issue is a good location and front desk friendly staff.

This place seemed fine for what you pay. We stayed at the other building dedicated to dogs allowed rooms. They are the only place that don’t charge for dogs in that area. The whole second building was sketchy and didn’t seem safe at all. But since they allow dogs I would of been fine if they didn’t steal my bag. Unfortunately we found out few hours after checking out that I forgot large size bag with all my personal clothing, underpants and bras included. Called them right away with no luck retrieving it. In the morning called back again with not even a call back both times. It was obviously stolen by cleaning staff. The sad part is the managements will do nothing about it and let them continue to work, condoning that behavior. All that clothes was worth around $400, I hope they truly enjoy wearing my dirty undies. Will never stay here again. Pay more next time and have some classier place!

My check in process was awkward. Partially my fault for arriving super late and not checking in with-in the time frame (not specified) on the website. We spent 25 minutes with the hostess arguing on the phone with someone else about our late arrival... all this in front of us. The parking was awkward... occupied by Denny's guest and there was a weird warehouse next to the hotel too. Lastly, the bed were not good. My back was out by the first morning. I had to lay down on the floor just to align my back from the horrible beds

La Quinta did not honor my reservation quote from Orbitz so I checked out early. I was told my room would be refreshed every 3 days that didn't happen. I needed to walk up to the front desk and get a set of towels every day, I had to dump my on trash every day. Breakfast seemed to open to anyone including workers from a next door cable company. This was my first and last time staying at La Quinta😠😠😠

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, shuttle to the airport. 15 minute drive to San Francisco.

Very nice hotel they have remodeled it inside and out very quiet the only problem the floors are dirty in the hallway and in the elevator area other than that it’s not a bad place

The room is comfortable and its got the amenities needed. The bathroom wall have brownish stains that needed to be wipe or sanitize. But over all this place is great!

Great location, this is brand new building, nice and clean and very modern.

We spent 25 minutes with the hostess arguing on the phone with someone else about our late arrival... all this in front of us. The parking was awkward... occupied by Denny's guest and there was a weird warehouse next to the hotel too. Lastly, the bed were not good. My back was out by the first morning.
