Liked close proximity to Chase Center.

We enjoyed the lodging. The lack of designated parking was very disappointing. We ended up scrambling for parking and had to pay more for overnight parking than the cost of our room.

There may be parking, but watch out for events, when they may run out.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I get that they're understaffed, but they had trouble getting towels to us. The parking situation was bad: a single, independent outside garage that fills up quickly. We loved that the hotel is right across the street from the ballpark.

Great location and amazing room with perfect views, would highly recommend and return

I liked the location, cleanliness and look of the hotel. I had a few complaints. The room was listed to have a pullout couch and it did not. It is also listed as a suite with a bedroom and living area. The whole reason we paid for an upgraded room is so we could put my 18 month old son in the bedroom while we hung out in the living area. The bedroom and living area are connected by an open hallway so we just sat in silence and darkness while my son slept. Garage parking across the street was $70 also which is pretty ridiculous. In hindsight I should have searched on my own and not just gone with the front desk recommendation. Also the air conditioning was not very effective. The room was very warm until almost midnight. Not the worst stay ever but very expensive and not even close to a ringing endorsement.

A/c kept making weird noises, no towels were left in room. Great location

Solange was very accommodating and provided excellent front-desk assistance. The room was quiet, conveniently located, and was outfitted with a tall shower head ( a rare, but nice touch for us tall folks). I would most definitely recommend and stay at this hotel in the future.

I was disappointed that the gym was closed and I could not have visitors (because of coronavirus).

I was surprised to find a Hyatt in that part of town - not that it's a bad part of town - I've just never heard of it before.

Close to Muni line, rooms are on smaller size. Breakfast was satisfying.

Early checkin. Free buffet breakfast which was okay except for dry pancakes. Had to sit outdoors in the cold because it was crowded inside but had a fire going so it was fine. Unfortunately had some loud neighbors that got in late night. But aside from that it was a convenient location with everything that we needed for a one night stay after the Warriors game. Would come back again for sure.

Walkable, nearby food location, rental car and they have parking. Hotel is very clean and felt like home. My place to stay in san Francisco downtown.

Nice / rennovated hotel. Everything seems new with friendly staff, decent breakfast, good bar. Lots of restaurants nearby. Moscone center for our conference was a 10 minute walk. Very good experience.

Location, Location, Location. Walking distance from Ballpark and embarcadero, a block from light rail and plenty of restaurants and bars within a few blocks without the crowds of Market Street.

Location and amenities were great. Parking was a bit expensive.

Hi Natalie, Thank you for staying with us. Parking is only really challenging during LA-SF game weekends. We do hope you will visit us again!
