I didn't like that i booked there for 4 nights and everytime i entered the hotel the staff acted if i didn't belong there

An intimate, boutique, hotel in the perfect location for theater, shopping, as well as transportation.

I liked the upgrade option of 2 rooms. Staff were very friendly. The noise from the alley outside tells me that they need better insulation and windows.

It was perfect , I can’t complain. Everything was clean and staff was excellent

Staf helpful Order in food great order your own taxi mine was late

Stafff was excellent, hair in shower was disgusting. Got downgraded from a king to a queen, a cheap bottle of champagne & some chocolates, didn’t make up for the a/c units outside window running all night.overpriced for the area

For the price it was a dilapidated property. The surprise add-on charge for facilities is ridiculous.

Diva is a charming boutique hotel with a cute flare. Staff were very nice

The room is very small and dirty, nothing like what you see on their photos. Staff is too rude to be bothered explaining to us why our master suite was downgraded to a smaller room. Will never stay here again.

Room was a shoe box 10×10 & bathroom was the closet. Carpet dirty, sheets crunchy and hard. Was such a uncomfortable stay. Reviews and hotel photos was what drew me there, unfortunately I wont be back. Not much parking $55 valet parking per day. We had alot of fun and will be staying a few streets up next time ( cleaner part of town) for the same price!

The hotel is in a great location in the Union District- close to shopping and dining. The Starbucks attached to the hotel was nice to keep us going; even though the wait times were astronomical (not a fault of the hotel though). The hotel and rooms could use a face lift and some updating, but all in all, my husband and I were content.

I really liked the location. The property said that it had been updated, but the quality of update felt like DIY.

The design and decor lives up to the name Diva. Sleek clean lines without a lot of unnecessary "foo foo." The front desk staff is very professional and friendly and eager to help with whatever a guest may need. The location is ideal, being two blocks from Union Square and four blocks from the Powell BART station. I loved my room on the 5th floor looking out onto Geary. As a plus, they provide champagne for two hours every afternoon! As a frequent San Francisco visitor having stayed in various hotels from the Embarcadero to Union Square, I have found my favorite at the Diva.

Love everything from the staff to the unique boutique style hotel
