Parking is hell expensive

Truly an amazing boutique hotel! Great location, recently refreshed decor, accommodating staff, awesome bar / restaurant.

Nice staff to communicate, clean room to stay. Only two things: one is you must check out by 12pm, otherwise half day rate applied; the other one is no coffee machine in the room.

Room is very small and basic considering cost and the fact this is part of the autograph collection.

Overall, the hotel was fine with a few exceptions. First, the shower was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Imagine such a low-flow shower, that it feels like it’s passing a thimble of water per hour. Secondly, you could hear every sound from the hallway, including from rooms across the hall. Finally, there is no coffee in the rooms, which is just unacceptable! Otherwise, it was ok, albeit overpriced for what you get.

I found the Adagio to be a lovely hotel. The staff was all very attentive. Valet parking inSF is awesome. I definitely will go there again

Location was great! Cheap Parking right next door. Walking distance union square.

The hotel is very modern, stylish and comfortable.

the room is very confortable, is has a lot of space. the service was great in all aspects.

We were in town for the Bowl game and only needed the room for one night. Easy taxi ride to and from the game. Room was bigger than expected. Only problem was it was noisy being close to the elevator. No hairdryer in the room, but front desk promptly brought one. Happy hour downstairs was a good way to enjoy a drink and snack.

Stayed here for the weekend. Location was great and close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

The business office provided, gym, dining, location to city/events, was everything you could have asked for. Staff was friendly and helpful, Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Overall as good as we have stayed in. We are frequent travelers.

Very good room and a wonderful location, 3 blocks from union square.

The hotel was conviently located, the room was clean the beds comfortable and the staff was very friendly

The decor is chic. The room was clean, but the bed was suitable only for people who like the super-pillowtop type mattresses, and not someone who likes a firmer mattress. The breakfast menu was limited and overpriced. And the burger and fries were overseasoned. Overall, though, the room was pleasant and the hotel was well run.

As soon as we walked into the hotel, we were warmly greeted by all the staff. I was excited because the hotel had a very modern and vibrant feel to it. The room was nothing short of that either. It was extremely comfortable and I had a great view of SF from the 14th floor. The best thing about the hotel is that it is central to everything. It's almost right in the heart of Union Square so everything was accessible. I would definitely stay here again!

hotel stay was amazing. perfectly located within block of union square as well as the bart and other transportations. staff was very friendly and helpful with mapping out directions for us whenever we wanted to get somewhere. my bf and i were here for the sf rock and roll marathon and we would definitely come back and stay here. In fact we are already planning our next trip over. ;-) thanks to all the staff.

We were greeted warmly each time we entered the property and were offered assistance with a smile when we needed help. I only wish that they would have free WiFi access.
