Very happy. Room was small but clean and quiet. Our window broke on the trip and we were worried about parking the car. Perfectly safe, nothing taken from car. Felt safe and convenient.

It was close to the mall and the trolley car. However the neighborhood seems to have a lot of individuals who suffer from substance abuse and mental health issues near by

Breakfast in the morning, rooms are new and clean.

the hotel was very good it has a good location, there are many shops and places nearby, but around it is dirty

Once you get inside the property is nice. The morning breakfast lacks when compared to other hotels. Outside the homeless are everywhere. The parking fees are not what was stated on the website.

The rooftop views were amazing!

We felt like we her in "homeless" town with only pay parking which should be part of the fee for staying at their facility. Other facilities offer free parking with their stay.

Starting with the location. Only one block from Market Street and the mall with Nordstrom and many other high-end stores, but all one block from a large gathering of homeless men and women. The block of the hotel itself is quite sketchy. Also, the rooms are very small and all rooms with two queen beds face a brick wall..no light can enter. Staff was friendly and helpful. Considering all, I would not book here again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Always had a smile on their face and were ready to answer any question. The complimentary breakfast was MUCH better than expected. Yummy. Only bummer was our TV was semi working, but that’s an easy call and fix.

Hot buffet breakfast was incredible. Cleanless of room is also another perfect this. Softness of bed, comfortable pillows, housekeeping daily were perfect. I would strongly recommed this hotel to others.

No Parking in Hotel, and a lot of homeless people outside. No room service and staff was not very knowledgeable.

The breakfast was good. They had mango smoothies for breakfast

The property is right downtown so it was easy to walk everywhere.

The view of San Francisco is spectacular! The location is great: near to many interesting places. We took Uber and didn’t spend a lot. Breakfast is very good.

Have a very good experience here. Very convenient . room is small, but comfort.

Very comfortable and new. Hot breakfast is a great perk.
