Stay away from this hotel. Our stay was so bad. Their was no a/c and they gave us fan instead. We have to pay $36 for parking but parking is always full on site and they let us park on the street. I was disappointed with orbitz, i tried calling to make a complaint but no one is available to answer. I know we have a pandemic but i dont think what we experienced was right. Personally i feel we deserved a refund or atleast a discount. I'll be more careful booking with orbitz while we have a pandemic. I dont think they have enough human resources to help you out. I used to book all my vacation through them but not right now.

The property is in a perfect spot for walking, running. We chose a room with a balcony with bay view. The view of the bay was fantastic however the “ balcony “ was just a railing outside a sliding door. No chair and you can’t even step outside as you won’t fit in.What a waist of money. Staff at the reception area were not really welcoming! No greetings, unapproachable. They charge $36/ night parking for hotel guests but free for those doing the trail. As we entered the room it smelled so bad we had to open the window. As we unfolded the sofa bed there were still crumbs of crackers/chips. The free breakfast was good.

Nice stay, as expected. Room and hotel were spotless and tidy. Breakfast was good. Front desk was near impossible to call before trip, calling 3 different times, first time a 60 min wait, second a 30 min wait and 3rd time 25 min wait that got disconnected. The phone staff were a toss up - some were friendly and some were not. It was the first time I got an uncomfortable bed at Embassy Suites.

Advertised on their website that they have airport shuttle, but they DO NOT. when this was brought to their attention, their response was you should have called. Maybe, but if it says on different sites that you have free shuttle, I felt confident it didn’t require confirmation. So I guess call first. Also, pool and restaurant are not open!!

Nice view. Hot breakfast even during COVID . I wish pool is open for customers not for swim school

I didn’t like anything the room was filthy the hotel was not what I was expecting

Great stay for the value. Especially if traveling with a large family. The properly is very well kept and picturesque. Great views! Close to airport! Just wished that pool and restaurants were open though. Parking on site is expensive but worth it.

36$ parking never stated inconvenience never again

This was a horrible stay. We were not informed that we had to pay for parking when we checked in. The hotel was extremely noisy. Th staff was rude and unwelcoming. The room was incredibly hot the entire stay. The wall by the bed had food on it. The third night we had to call the front desk multiple time because the noise was so bad. Our noisy neighbours eventually were evicted and we had to speak to the police after they escorted them out. On the last night the power went out and I was unable to use my c-pap so I was up all night. When I tried speaking to the hotel staff about my stay they were dismissive and rude. I will never stay here again and I’ll think twice before I stay at another Hilton.

No airport shuttle as advertized, breakfast was the same each morning, and the thermostate was controlled by the hotel. You could not make the room cooler. We had to sleep with the sliding glass door to the outside open just to fall asleep.

Worst experience ever people next door playing music all night/early morning really loud smoking having a party smelled smoke all night coming from their room and they have the audacity to try and charge me a cleaning fee and say I’m smoking in my room I’m pregnant had my 2 kids with me how would I smoke in a room with kids and being pregnant this place is ridiculous didnt sleep until 4am and when I checked out next morning I walk pass that room making all the noise and the door is propped open with a chair and a lot of smoke smell coming out of there and bottles and cans everywhere unacceptable !!

The only thing dropping my rating down a notch is that they slide in a "Parking fee" after you check in and I don't really think $35.00 per night for parking should be a thing. I'm sure under "normal" conditions with full amenities this place is more than deserving of an excellent rating. The room was awesome, clean, and had a great view. I will be staying here again.

Location was very convenient as we had an early flight out the next Morning. Very spacious and comfortable as we needed. However, disgusted with a few things! Cleanliness was not a factor on this third stay. Actually, when you look at the room, everything visible was clean, but behind the shelves it was not clean. Found three pizza slices in a big ziplock on the top freezer portion of the little refrigerator. Red plastic cups behind the shelves and lastly dirty towel under the sink with stains. Dirty bed sheets on the sofa bed in the living room that looked like urine and menstrual stain that I discovered in the Morning where my two little boys slept on the night before! No compensation after I reported it! So disgusting!

We loved the staff at the front desk. We were met with hospitality at every interaction.

Very nice and quiet and beautiful scenery!!!!!!!!!
