I loved the look of the property in its vintage staging and the signature hotel fragrance.

because of covid, you have to request housekeeping, which is understandable. However, staying there for 4 nights, you figured they'd have stocked up the coffee/creamer etc.. Nope. We didn't even have enough for the first night. The bed was not that comfortable either, however, the location is great and parking was easy. Otherwise just ok.

The property is very good. It’s a nice place to stay for a quick trip if you are in and out of San Francisco. It’s very close to the airport, downtown is about a 25 minute drive which is not bad at all. There’s free parking and no resort fees and that’s a plus. The only thing they did not clean the room while we were there, not sure if it’s the norm or just a COVID thing.

The hotel facility was good and the staffs were friendly. But the on the hotel webpage, it listed they will provide airport shuttle service and breakfast. However, by the time I get to airport was told shuttle service and then during check was told no breakfast due to Covid 19. I was very disappointed and felt misled. They should not have listed those services if they are providing them.

Very comfortable Hotel close to SFO! There are a lot of hotels in this area but none I have experienced as comfortable or as reasonably priced as this one.

It was really close to the airport, very convenient for early morning flights. The front desk was great. The rooms need updating. The furniture are old and the carpet is rundown especially on the third floor hallway where we stayed. The carpets are running and could be a trip hazard

Some of the staff couldn’t speak English so when I asked if there was going to be coffee they really didn’t understand

Clean and good location to airport. Check in staff very unfriendly. No eye contact but just look at her computer screen and spoke monotone. Not busy. I was the only one being check in. Had to ask about breakfast, shuttle etc. Morning check out was a 180 turn around ; very positive friendly desk agent. Shuttle driver was great

Breakfast needed a new waffle maker and vary the menu each morning.

Was to far out of San Fran. Otherwise it was good they could change up there breakfast alittle

Working for the airlines it is very common for us to have hotel stays, however upon our return from vacation we spent the night to catch our early flight the following day that being said a phone charger was left and air in the room. It took 22 phone calls by three people in order to get to the manager to find out about the charger, to this day we still do not know if the charger was found but I was told if it was found that I would be paying $30 for shipping. all they had to do was offer to take to the United States Postal Service a one price box to ship back the item but no not only do we not know if the item is there but we’re not going to cure any further!

I loved my stay at this hotel, the hotel room was very spacious, and nice., great buck for the price. Enjoyed the free continental breakfast and the free shuttle service to the airport. Thumbs up.

Breakfast was delicious loaded omlets rice hasbrowns.... Veggie options.... Nice
