They cancelled my reservation and shoved me to a cheaper hotel down the street but charged me the original rate.

Great location from airport and SF. Certainly outdated and could have updated towel and sheet service. Please put hooks on the wall!

Absolutely glorious view of the bay , clean room, a very slight annoyance the flapper valve in the toilet, probably needed replacing-water periodically made noise--but on the whole very nice stay.

Cute remodeled travel lodge. Nothing too fancy, but room was clean.

Outstanding value. Comfortable room within walking distance to public transportation. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

My parents and I stayed here overnight to lessen the inconvenience of driving 2 hours to get into my certification class in SF. Most of our needs were met. The property has a couple bungalow-like houses with two rooms on side to side. The driveway is little steep for our car to be parked. Once we entered our 2-queen bed room, it had the home-like ambiance wherein there's a little fridge and microwave oven, television, bedside lamps, and multi-colored bedspread. The other bed is separated with a wall facing the back windows, so it's difficult to see the television from that side. The bathroom is okay. Overall, I would recommend this to peepz who need an emergency overnight. I believe it's not really ideal for a longer stay especially with significant others and family.

Amazing! Beautiful. Room and peaceful. Price also decent in comparison to other hotels that share similar status

we made a reservation and when we showed up there was no room available. the same thing happened to the person before us. we arrived late at night, after our flight was cancelled, had a baby with us, etc. - it was a nightmare. we were told by the desk clerk that "this has been happening for a while" - even later that night, we saw the hotel still available on orbitz. the desk clerk was kind, apologetic and helpful, but the overall experience was a nightmare - would strongly suggest avoiding this place - completely unprofressional

Great hotel, room, and location. Great breakfast and food given.

After we went to sleep, the front desk gave our room key to another couple we didn't know, who then barged in, thinking it was their room. The front desk called us after that happened to ask if we knew them! The people left when they figured out what had happened, and the hotel gave us a partial refund in the morning, but there was a lot they could have done to prevent that from happening. Also, there were no deadlocks on the door for us to prevent that from happening.

It's best features were the helpful, friendly staff and the comfortable bed. My room was large and the bathroom was adequate. I really appreciated the nice refrigerator, which was larger than I expected. The location also worked well for me because it is relatively close to the airport and provided easy to access the places I needed to go, particularly to the Woodside area to the south. Also, as a 75-year-old woman traveling alone, I felt safe there. The breakfast was so-so (hardboiled egg, doughnut holes, Greek yogurt, apple) as was the decor and furnishings. I would have very much appreciated a chair with arms to sit in and relax. (There was only the desk chair.) For the most part the room seemed clean, but I would have felt better if I someone had cleaned the fingerprints from the bathroom door. My greatest complaint is that I could hear a lot of sounds--voices, walking, opening and close drawers, and romantic activities--from the room on the other side of my bed. Still, these didn't generally go on too late and I was able to sleep well there.

We went to the Dickens Faire at the Cow Palace. The inn is within walking distance saving on the hassle of parking!

We stayed in a two queen room, and it is nice that the second bed is in a separate room, but it needed a little nightstand with a lamp. It tends to stay quite chilly because of the tiled floors. We had to change our room after the first night because the television did not work, and the sink did not have a stopper to keep the water in the bowl. Doughnut holes are now in the continental breakfast instead of the breakfast pastry that they used to have, which I must say I found tacky.

William was so helpful at check-in. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He answered lots of questions for me & gave great suggestions for activities. I loved that the room had hardwood (well, laminate) floors. CLEAN! It is an older hotel, but our room was in excellent condition. It is unique and had nice style. I loved that we parked immediately in front of our room! It also had great shower pressure, a big plus for me! Breakfast was packed in a to-go box. Simple, but perfect for heading out to see the city. It is close to SFSU, which was our intended destination.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms appeared to be recently remodeled and they did a great job. Rooms are quite unique, wall separate the two beds. Giving families a little bit of privacy for each, bad thing is that only one room has a TV. Very close to freeway and local land marks in the bay area.

Checked me in quickly and early when m flight arrived early from NY. Warm and wonderful reception. Felt safe and valued as a customer.

Everything was clean, private and gorgeous. The staff was outstanding!
