Lots of things broken and worn down. Too many smokers. Hard to find parking spots.

dirty floors, cockroaches inside the suite, stains on the mattress, i asked to be moved to a cleaner room and instead the offered me a full refund(which i had to make a few phone calls to get it back) but to me it sounds like they are not willing to improve conditions they are just going to sell it out to somebody that accepts these conditions, c'mon i had a suite with bunk bed for my kids and u walk to a dirty room with roaches... well guess what im not putting my kids in there

I've stayed at many La Quinta Inns. They vary greatly in convenience, friendliness and quality. This one is the worse. The sheets were dirty. Paint coming off, doors that don't close properly, unfriendly staff. Avoid this one.

Check in was easy and staff very friendly. Parking is a little tight. WiFi was perfect. Noisy complex of people talking and knocking on adjoining doors all night.

I do have to say that the suite had plenty of room. Check in was good however below are my critiques 1) better cleaning needed as I found a dog toy under the couch. 2) day of departure I found mold around the top of the shower 3) biggest complaint---day of departure I asked for additional towels and I was told there were not any, however they would do there best to provide me towels. It was also mentioned that I could not do a late checkout. My biggest complaint is that even though we are in the COVID-19 situation how does a hotel run out of towels. Furthermore I was denied a late checkout as when I asked when towels would become available the response was around checkout time. Then I replied can I extend checkout until after the towels are received? the answer was we are not offering extended checkouts today. This upset me as I had my 2 kids and wife with me and to take a shower in the morning is a necessity. Now they were able to deliver towels to the room about 45 minutes later, but the fact that the statement was made that there were no towels and denied a late checkout was a big disappointment.

We always request a room by the pool and they accommodate us, staff is friendly and whatever you need they bring it to your room right away. The only thing I have been noticing that there’s all kind of shady people there now it wasn’t like that before, other than that it’s a good place to stay.

Paying for parking was terrible. The room was clean but showed signs of wear and tear. The shower did not have good water pressure.

Everything in the room was broken. The phone in the bathroom? The outlets were coming off the wall. The ac system is loud and outdated.

Staff and hotel was great! They accommodated us during our move and last days of escrow process!

The AC?Heating unit in the room is so loud I could not sleep; while programable to keep the room warm or cool you have a constant loud on/off. Nice location etc but will never stay here again.

Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant. However, fitness room was not cleaned on a daily basis and laundry facilities were not working.

The hotel room and property was fine. What really bugged me was the Styrofoam plates and bowls that were included with breakfast. First of all Styrofoam leaks carcinogens into food and you can't recycle them which creates more trash. If would be nice if they offered compostable plates and bowls, which is what a lot of companies are doing now. Hopefully Wyndham will get their act together and start being more environmentally responsible.

I do have to say that the suite had plenty of room. We always request a room by the pool and they accommodate us, staff is friendly and whatever you need they bring it to your room right away. The only thing I have been noticing that there’s all kind of shady people there now it wasn’t like that before, other than that it’s a good place to stay.
