The location was amazing in the middle of little Italy. The free breakfast and coffee voucher ( Value of 4.50 if you dont want coffee and crossiant ) was also really nice. The room was extremely small. You also had to pay 30 for parking. Staff was nice.

I loved the location, cleanliness, parking. I’ll visit again!

Staff and location were awesome But I would not stay three again because of parking. On Saturday we could not get our car out of the parking garage Luckily the person in the spot next to us left but we were late to our meeting

Charming and romantic boutique hotel located in one of the best spots. I wasn’t completely in awe of my room due to the sink being in the room and not in the bathroom (standard queen bed) or the open shower but it wasn’t too bad. Staff-excellent! And the most straight forward stay I’ve ever had. 5 stars!!!

The location in Little Italy is perfect, central to everything you care to walk to. However, that's about where it ends. The only options for anything on site to eat are drink are the attached cafe which had a block long wait in the mornings and is closed pretty early. There aren't even vending machines. Need any toiletries aside from body wash and shampoo? Nope, hotel doesn't stock those for sale, you'll be directed to a 7-11 two blocks away. My reservation was also incorrect, I had requested a balcony room, I probably wouldn't have complained were the bedspreads not damp upon check-in. We were moved by a very friendly desk associate to the requested balcony room which was about half the size but still had damp bedspreads. Rad. At least the hotel had the gym they advertised along the amenities. Hard to say how it was, it was closed while we were there. Sick. Far from the worst place I've ever stayed but It's also far from the top of my "will return" list.

Great location for the price. Very clean property, friendly staff. The rooms comfortable, however, very small.

Great boutique hotel in the Little Italy district of San Diego. Lots of nice restaurants and fun bar scene. Only a few blocks from train station and down to Waterfront Park on harbor. The rooms are small, but clean and I had a great view on the 4th floor looking out toward the harbor. I would stay here again. Front desk staff very friendly and offer a coffee and pastry from cafe next door which was nice!

Great customer service, perfect location, simple hotel but nice at the same time.

Excellent location and great customer service.

When we arrived, one of the lights in the bathroom wasn't working. Once we called front desk, they were there immediately to fix the light. We also had left our Bluetooth speaker in the room. A couple of days had passed when we realized this. We called and they had it in lost and found. This is our favorite hotel when we are in Little Italy and have been coming for years. This will always be our choice!

I was impressed with the hotel. It’s in the middle of everything. Great spot. Room was small but we did not spend our time in the room. Love that they give you a voucher for coffee and a pastry. Staff was friendly.

The staff member was so rude, the guy talked me there’s no parking space available so I walked Teo blocks with my bags , then the hotels rooms smelled so bad the sewer lane pipes was really horrible

loved that it’s right in the heart of little italy

Horrible service. The people were very rude. Very rude staff.
